I been in VW yesterday looking for a new car and I found a nice car with a good deal, the process was fast and they have friendly staff.

Aralei was awesome! She has an amazing personality and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. They answered my questions honestly and didn’t hesitate to make the sale work.

I brought my vehicle in for repair due to a slow leak. Upon inspection of my tire, I was inform there was a nail. The tire needed to be replaced. I was provided with cost of the tire and labor which was fair market price. The service was quick and very professional. I was in and out within 1 1/2hrs.

I just bought my third car from Leith VW of Raleigh. Over the years, the sales department hasn't been too bad. They are bearable and (in the grand scheme of car salespeople) really not too bad. They don't seem like slimy salesmen for the most part, but it's up to each person to get a good salesperson. When it comes to the service department, I would recommend them to anyone I know. They are extremely clear on work to be done, straightforward, and easy to deal with. Any questions that I have had they are willing to hear and give a knowledgeable answer or point me to someone that can.

They are very responsive and easy to work with. Aralei is great as well as the management team. Will definitely go back! They made it a great experience.

Two days after we picked up the car, there was a terrible smell like a dead animal. The odor was masked by the deodorizer that hid the smell. Had to have odor removed by a professional that had to use an ozone machine to get rid of the odor. I still worry it will come back. No one seemed interested in us just moving the car. Very disappointed.

Quality of customer service and repairs were top notch as always!
