    Ordered a Telluride 14 weeks ago. Told it would take 4. When I called about status, I was told several different stories. During this 14 weeks, the salesman... that sold me the car quit, and the salesman that took over for him quit. The current sales manager Rick is a fast talking, caricature of a car salesman. Never returned our calls. Never have I been treated so poorly in a business transaction, I shudder to think about having to service my car there. If I could I would give the a big 0. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!

    Absolute worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Poorest and most unreliable customer service of about any business I can think of. Three months after... my purchase and I still don’t have a permanent tag. And NO ONE CARES!! Wish I’d never dealt with this place.

    If 0 stars was an option, that'd be the one. I bought a car here about three months ago. Service is GREAT until you have signed the papers. After signing... (and without telling me I'd have to do this prior to doing so), they handed me an emissions slip and told me I had to go through there. I went through, and the car didn't even pass. A car I had JUST purchased didn't pass emissions. After going back to the dealership and them saying they would take care of it but couldn't right then, I heard nothing. I called three times to talk to the manager, was always sent to a voicemail, and NEVER got a call back. Even went in once (don't live in the area anymore), and the guy wasn't there. I would never step foot near this dealership again, and after experiences I've had with other dealerships and the corporate "customer service," I will never be purchasing a Kia again. *The actual seller I worked with (Nena) was and is great*

    I have to think that these good reviews are bogus! I purchased a car here on 3.29.19. Our car salesman was great. However, the sales manager, was very... pushy and rude. He insisted that we should buy the vehicle we were interested in and pay thousands of dollars to have the interior changed to the color we wanted, as he bragged about his new hellcat that he was having the same thing done to. We decided not to buy the car, and left. After looking all day and not being able to find another one we liked, we came back to the Franklin Kia to purchase the vehicle. We had to sit and wait for 3 hours and totally redo everything that we had done earlier in the day. After purchasing a vehicle, we attempted several times to reach the dealership and never got anyone to answer the telephone for 2 days! When we finally did get a hold of somebody, they sent us to somebody's voicemail. The temporary tag expired on 4.29.19 and we contacted them several days before that I never received any answer back until after the tags were expired. Everyone we spoke with was rude and not helpful at all. They made us feel like we were actually a bother. Come to find out, there was a form that they failed to get us to sign and never contacted us to let us know and then acted ticked off because we didn't have it signed. We had to call the actual title company to get the new temporary tags. Still do not have our permanent tag. I do not recommend purchasing from these people they are very unprofessional and very pushy and don't care about you once you have purchased a vehicle. I have purchased several new vehicles, and have never been treated so poorly. This dealership is the poster child for how car salesmen get a bad reputation. I will never purchase from them again and will not recommend them to anyone else.

Since it was towards the end of the month, we explained that rebates and OEM incentives were likely to change the following month. From my understanding, after you came back to purchase the vehicle you left as happy customers.     Very well laid out showroom, as well as good variety of vehicles. While shopping there my wife text me that a Sportage we had looked at the day before... had been reduced to the price we offered. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere.

    This has got to be the worst dealership on the planet. The only good part was my salesman, Harrison. If it was not for him, I would have walked out. I... should have went with my gut feeling. So we went ahead and bought the car even with the awful loan process. We got the one year free service. So my first service my girlfriend took the car in for service. They told her they were going to have a trainee work on the car. She said absolutely not even if I have to wait longer. They finish the service. She gets on the interstate, and the car is pulling like crazy. She immediately returns. They drive it and tell her they put almost 60 lbs of air in the right side tires. They also tell her the trainee worked on the car. She is furious. The tire could have blew and caused her to wreck. So she leaves. The very next day she is driving and the engine starts knocking. She pulls over and come to find out they left the drain plug loose. All the oil leaked out! They burn up a brand new engine. Now my brand new car has to have the engine overhauled. No telling what else they messed up putting the engine in. So if you are concerned about your safety or having your car messed up, do not use Franklin kia.

    I came to this car dealership for a repair while on vacation. They were amazing in their quality of work, they're respectfulness of my many questions,... and the professional attitude of the entire staff. They were prompt in fixing my car so I could get back on the road. The customer service was amazing!
