Very helpful!

Outstanding Experience from Emails to Financing

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at Franklin Kia. I emailed Zach Church about the Niro and he was super responsive. I felt comfortable asking questions over email and he answered them. I made an appointment to test drive the Niro without being pressured. From the moment my boyfriend and I parked at the dealership, we felt welcome. No one busted out the door with a pitch. We were greeted warmly and met Zach & Alex. Here’s the kicker, both of them actually listened! They let me set the pace and it was a great change from other dealerships. Not once did we hear the dreaded phrase, “What can I do to get you in this car today?” When it came down to financing, again, they listened! Amy took time to explain everything and make me feel at ease. THANK YOU for helping me get the car of my dreams for payments I could afford. Great place to buy a car says Bud and Cathy

After dealing with Rivergate KIA almost quit KIA then found Franklin KIA where they really treat you good, just had my 3rd free service, which came with car sale, and have been treated well, and has always been in an hour, including the car wash.Jennifer Hardman was able to answer all my questions every time and even personally showed me how to set up my SUV to tow behind my RV. Great place to buy a car .

Great Sales Experience

Good experience at the dealership. Made things very easy. Obviously they will try to sell you a vehicle at the highest possible price but that's any dealer. As long as you know what you are willing to pay before you walk in, the negotiation part was fairly simple. I would buy again.

Happy new car owner!

The team at Franklin Kia went above and beyond to make our car buying experience excellent. From listening to what I wanted to explaining the process. From the first contact call from Zack in the internet department to my dealings with Alex everyone was professional. I enjoyed taking to David the owner. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. I can not say anything bad about the process. In fact, Amy from the Finance Department even came by our house to get the final papers signed by my wife. I will be back!

Football Nut

Every individual i came in contact with from the time I arrived to the time I left acknowledged me with smiles and was very polite. Was very impressed with the time i spent there the car buying transaction did not take long at all. Am very pleased with the car and the perks you receive when buying a KIa. Especially pleased with down to earth friendly people.

Quick but not perfect

Franklin Kia did not waste my time, and I appreciate that. The car I went to look at was no longer there, yet I received emails asking me if I wanted to look at it after I was told it had been sold- maybe an organization/communication issue? They were overall nice to work with and helpful.
