    I'm just starting to look at a 2nd vehicle , certified pre-owned (CPO), for business purposes, and stopped by Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Peter Korallus and Steve Johnson could not have done more to dispel the notion of a used-car salesman. They were very professional and low key, but were also enthusiastic about the Infiniti G37x. Were I ready to buy a car, I know that striking a fair deal with them would have been clear and straightforward. I have a few more brands and cars to look at, but if you are in the market for a new or premium CPO Infiniti, I would look no where else. They also have a store in Naperville if Clarendon Hills is not convenient.

    This is my worst experience ever. After I selected a vehicle an appointment was set, I was very excited since I was looking for this vehicle for a long time. Anyhow when arrived at the dealership to my surprise I was told that the vehicle I have selected (and all similar models) are on a recall and I cannot purchase any of them (seriously)...if that was the case why I was not notified by a phone call or email before my planned schedule visit for the test drive? why? and on top of it all they tried to "up-sell" by telling me we have 2016 models (with no recalls)...you should look at them, why should I? ....it was memorial day weekend and I was so looking forward to get a good deal and "customer service" from this dealership...but unfortunately my experience was very negative. Finally, I bought the vehicle from another dealer with no fuss...I will not recommend this dealership.

    This customer originally inquired (under a much different name, but same suburb, than he gave on the review sites) via Chat in Feb, before the 2016 Q50 Red Sport was out. I gave him a timeframe. He asked again about New Q50 Red Sports, in late May, just after they came out, asying "Hello! I'm interested in the 2016 Infiniti Q50 3.0t Red Sport you have listed on Cars.com for $54,190. I would like to know more about this vehicle.". I responded again by phone and e-mail. He then said by e-mail: "Thanks for replying and providing me the info on Q50 Red Sport 2016", and briefly implied he may want to also look at a used Q50 (in addition to New 2016s) when here. He then emailed me saying: "I will visit you around 2 PM today. Will appreciate if I get similar alternatives but with different set of wheels." I told him "i'm told we now have SIX or SEVEN in stock" (meaning New Q50 Red Sports), "so we'll see you around 2 pm". He came in, just after 2 pm that day, and after I introduced him to one of our Salesman, he immediately asked about a Used 2014 Q50 (which had a Stop Sale on it, due to a minor airbag 'sensor', so we couldn't sell it by law). He spoke with our owner, who nicely told him we couldn't sell it until the Stop Sale ended and the recall was fixed. He stormed out and went on this (and 3 other sites) a week later, 'mad' that we couldn't sell him the vehicle and that we didn't tell him about the Stop Sale before he came in (when in fact his inquiries all asked about New 2016 Q50 Red Sports, with just a brief hint that he may want to also look at a pre-owned when here) He never asked me to check to see if a specific 2014 used Q50 was in stock, nor had he ever returned any of my phone calls, prior to his visit

    My husband and I were looking for a car for our son and we seen a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. At first we was dealing with Jeff Walker and it was a very unpleasant experience and put a very bad test in our mouth, this was our first time at the dealership. However, Andreas Korallus save the day. He heard and listen to our concerns about the other sales rep and made sure we had the best services. He told us that he was a newer sales rep but based on his knowledge about the car that we was purchasing and his super superb customer service, you would have thought he had year’s experience. I will most defiantly refer others to him and the dealership and I will defiantly purchase again from him. Andreas Korallus went over and beyond to make our experience great and also made sure the car was perfect from scratches etc. before we surprised our son. He stated that he wanted to make it perfect for our son and for that I am most grateful. My son loved the car. We also will like to thank Peter Korallus for stepping in and handling the situation that we encounter with Jeff walker and Bill Harris for getting my paper work done in a timely matter as well as Andres Cordero for explaining to me different products I can add to my car.
