Rishi was absolutely amazing. Even after I bought my car i texted him with questions he answered them right away. Than even went out of his way to text me later that evening just to make sure I had everything I needed. During my buying experience Rishi went far out of his way to make sure I got my dream car. I was driving over 2 hours away and asked Rishi to send me pictures and videos of the car. Which he did on a busy Saturday when he really should have told me to get bent and I'd have to wait until Monday. Rishi should be moved up into management as his customer service goes above and beyond. He truly cares about his clients and in the next couple of years I'll be ready to buy again and I'll drive another two hours just to work with him. Keep up the great work! I love my new G37x coupe. We came from Richton Park,IL to purchase our QX60 last June from Bill Mullarkey, " Great Guy". When ever I need service he's the reason I don't hesitate to make the trip back to Clarendon Hills dealership. He'll make sure the staff will take good care of us. We had a issue with our QX60. He and the used car manager explained clearly how to solve the problem and made recommendations. They went out of there way to make me comfortable and even offer a carwash. My experience at Infiniti Clarendon Hills was unlike any other car buying experience that I've had. The process was simple, and enjoyable. Everyone who we were in contact with was wonderful. When I arrived to put down a deposit a few days before we were scheduled to complete the purchase, they couldn't locate the car immediately, so Bill offered to bring it to my work the next day so that I could see it in person. On the purchase date, we were able to submit all credit info online ahead of time, so that upon arrival, there was little downtime. We were in and out relatively quickly, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. Bill went above and beyond - when I arrived, my car had a bow on it, a personalized note, and an actual red carpet by it - this made everything even more special, and I appreciated the personalized touches. Bill, along with the management team, worked hard, and quickly, to get us to the price we wanted to be at. I appreciate the fact that they didn't waste our time and were honest and up-front about everything. I would 100% recommend Bill and Paul and Infiniti CH to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. Gary was also a great help in initiating the process. I am so happy with my car, and with the level of service we received.

I had a great buying experience. I first spoke with Gary Muller. I had identified 2 Q50’s that I was interested in. Gary called me back in 10 minutes to let me know that the cars were on the lot and available. My wife and I drove to the dealership and met Gary. He introduced us to Bill Mullarkey as our salesman. Bill was very patient with us and answered all of our questions on two test drives. We ended up buying one of the cars that afternoon. Over the past few months we have visited a lot of different dealerships - Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is by far the most professional and easiest to deal with - we will be back!

I contacted Infiniti Claredon Hills a few days ahead and spoke with Sales Rep Bauti. He was very knowledge about the car I was looking for and even sent me videos of the car they had in stock. Bauti called me early in the morning on the day of the visit and made sure I got to the state safely, being that I was out of state. The test drive went smoothly and the purchase negotiate was very friendly and not pushy at all. This has been the best car sale experience I have ever experienced.
