I sold my car to this dealership and had a great

I sold my car to this dealership and had a great experience. I worked with Lisa Krop, Andreas Korallus, and Joe Bellmonte and all were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They promised they would beat any other dealership's offer and sure enough they did. In the future if I'm in the market to buy a car I would gladly work with them.

Bought a used Kia from this dealership.

Bought a used Kia from this dealership. A/C wasn't working properly so they fixed it. Took em a week and a half. They misdiagnosed the A/C compressor so they actually fixed it twice since they couldn't originally find the problem. Then they fixed the alternator. Something they found and replaced. Test drove the vehicle, radio worked fine. Picked up the vehicle after A/C was fixed and the radio doesn't work. This entire week and a half process, I can't get ahold of anyone in the service department. Left multiple messages. No one is reaching out to me from this dealership unless I contact the dealership first through the website. And no I have to bring the vehicle back so they can fix the radio they screwed up. This has been one of the more difficult car buying experiences I've had to deal with. I bought my truck from a parking lot dealer and had less problems dealing with them then I do with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills.

People were nice and friendly.

People were nice and friendly. Facility was clean and classy. Easy to see this is a serious operation. Eddy Lindt was our salesman and was as knowledgeable, kind and gracious a salesperson as you will find in any industry. His passion for cars and customer service is palpable and I am grateful to him for making this experience a special one for me snd my son. Udo in finance was the same way. Great guy who was great to do business with and talk with. I really enjoyed working with those two gentlemen.

IOCH IS GREAT!

As always, Infiniti Of Clarendon Hills does not disappoint! The best dealership with the best service department. Tony B. head of the service department is great, very professional and friendly. Mike Harlow service consultant is also super. Mike will keep you informed on all the work being done while you wait in the beautiful, clean and comfortable waiting area. My sister and I both have our Infiniti's serviced there and know our cars are in the best care. While checking out you'll meet Julie. Another super friendly staff member.
