Got a Van from dealership problem on top of problems brake line leaking brake fluid,had to do work on steering column. I believe the van was never properly inspected try to call and ask for a Manager no return calls staff is rude hang up the phone. This Corporate treat customers like xxxx. put automobile on the lot that has not been checked out. I believe and was told that this is a flood van that why my wiring is mess up electric doors not working properly. Rusty on the van and it smells just like Mold on the inside when it rains. The State needs to make sure the cars put on this lot location is properly inspected. Place has worst customer service ever. By law when a customer ask for a manager to return thier calls never again will I buy from AUTO CONNECTION THE VAN IS A LEMON.

Do not shop here.
Do not buy a car from here. My husband and I have had the worst experience here. The car we bought 6 months ago has been in the shop more than we have driven it. The manager will not help and is just plain nasty. All we want is a car that doesn't have to be in your shop more that its been driven. I will not recommend this place to no one and i will never shop here again

FISHY BUSINESS IN THE LOAN DEPARTMENT
Be careful dealing with the auto connection! They claimed I stopped payment on a check. Now mind you I never did that , and I never received a stop payment fee from my bank NOR did I receive a fee from Micheal Wayne investment for stopping a check. They have a payment fee as well. Of course I disputed it. Only To be contacted and talked down to. Basically I was told all black people bounce checks in so many words. The account manager Richard still hasn't returned my call. A lady named Tammy was supposed to give me a email address to summit my proof. She never called back as well. It's a shame that they try to take advantage of women and people with not so good credit.

Shady
This place screams "rip you off". Shady commercials, the owner and not to mention the selection of vehicles with the tracking they put on them. Stay away

BUYER BEWARE...
I was in need of a vehicle...my credit is less than perfect.. the car was a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. I put more of a downpayment than required and my payment was still 406.00 and you add in full coverage insurance you're looking at nearly 600.00 monthly..Than a couple of months in the nightmare started...first check engine light than , I had to buy tires ,it wouldn't pass inspection...contacted Auto Connection and was given the run around....and than the transmission went out. Yeah they're really sorry..And the owner Michael Wayne is one of the most deceptive people. If you ask to talk to him they will tell you he is not there, but he is creeping around the back of dealership being slimy .....sorry I went there.....

Great service. Wait time wasn’t long at all. UB the salesman definitely got me straight even while dealing with other customers @ the VB location! Front desk was very swift with closing out all the paperwork!

Over charge for cars you end up owing 50 more than car is worth they dont fully stand behind thier cars with warranty read all the fi nb e print

Bought 2009 Chrysler Town and country have had nothing but trouble now the engine is shot I wouldn't buy a cow from hem only had a couple years
