He took the time to answer all my questions and showed me many cars until we found the one that was perfect for me. Steve is amazing!

Steve is amazing! Truly a good person and it shows through his customer service. He helped me over the phone as we are 75 miles away. Was very tentative and on top of everything. Then I had to send my 71yr old father in alone and Steve took great care of him throughout the transaction. Very thankful for his service and appreciate all he did for us.

I can’t say enough about how smooth and stress-free he made the entire process. From start to finish, Adam was professional, transparent, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to clearly explain all my financing options, answered every question with patience, and ensured I felt comfortable with every step of the transaction. There was no pressure, no confusion, just honest, helpful guidance. Adam made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel like the easiest. I took my brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma to Hammer Toyota.

I took my brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma to Hammer Toyota. To have the brakes checked the brakes were making noise at low speeds and my truck only had 2400 miles. I waited three hours and after waiting, I asked the technician what was happening with my car. He said they’re working on it. I called the manager Louise Munoz and he helped me get things going the rep that was helping me his name was Oscar and he made me wait for three hours and later found out that the truck is just sitting there. Nobody’s working on it and then the manager Louise Munoz got things going call the master technician and we drove the car and he noticed the noise it was making. So the manager got me a free Rent-A-Car to drive home and I came the next day to pick up the truck. I was upset because he told me that the truck was being worked on even though it was just sitting there if Oscar the rep notified me I would’ve went home and not wasted three hours sitting there.
