Great experience dealing with Mike Morgan GMC in Shreveport. Glenn Scruggs is a no hassle salesman and does a great job of making the customer feel comfortable dealing with buying a new car or truck.

Service advisor (Jeff) is a cool guy.

Service advisor (Jeff) is a cool guy. We try to always select him as he provides good feedback and explains things decently. I?m just reminded each time that we have service that Iim in the wrong business as I need to be in automotive repair! Gees, the money they make! An arm, leg, and sometimes both of them with each repair! You know it?s outrageous when they offer ?financing? and ?payment? plans for service/repairs. Owning an automobile is the paramount example of squandering our hard earned dollars on convenience as that is the ONLY thing we get in return from it.

I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer with 16k miles from this

I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer with 16k miles from this dealership. When the vehicle was purchased for my mother, I was informed that the oil would be changed, vehicle inspected, and a proper detail. I later found out that the vehicle’s oil change was done incorrectly due to the type of vehicle it was, by the original dealer. I was told from town and country that Jacob Edwards, the service manager stated that “their dealership and service dept. was unaware of the type of oil change that it required, never heard of the correct procedure for the change, and that the customer (me) would have to pay for this. If the dealership isn’t qualified to work on this vehicle or do the oil change, then the dealership should have sent it across the street to have it worked on to sell. I also, believe that it shouldn’t take over a month to figure out that they are not qualified nor know the procedure to change the oil in a Wagoneer. Hebert town in Country also mentioned that the tech has to know that they’re doing it wrong because it alerts you and the code has to be cleared afterwards. Funny that I’m in the market for 2 more new vehicles and I get a message asking me to come back in the future… Ha, you’ve lost my business.
