I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and received
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and received the BEST service from Justin. He exceeded my expectations. He made me aware of other issues regarding my vehicle. Gave me a quote and educated me on the best ways to take care of these issues. This is not the first time I had the pleasure of working with him. The first time was awesome as well but after today I was compelled to write a review. I am so impressed with his courtesy and professionalism and wanted to let everyone know. Thank you Justin.

If you are looking for a great vehicle and price to match
If you are looking for a great vehicle and price to match go see Jordan Gatlin. He is amazing salesman, he made the whole process so easy, he explained all the bells and whistles on our 2025 Blazer. Jordan had everything taken care of, all we had to do was sign. Thank you again Jordan Gatlin!!!!

We had the experience with Dayson Nelson.
We had the experience with Dayson Nelson. He gave us homework and then just kept putting us off. Ran our credit and never really called us but assured us all was well and to this day we haven’t heard back from him. Don’t ever buy a car from Chevyland and please don’t ever use the world’s greatest con artist as your sales person. I’m straight up and I felt the entire experience was not the way a company should act. Dayson has no business working and relaying messages in proper manner and shouldn’t be employed dealing with customers. Have the common decency to let people know what’s going on rather than silence. I will never purchase a car from y’all and I’m gonna tell everybody about my horrible experience with Checyland of Shreveport on youree Druve!!!

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. But the finance manager Gerald Loyd was completely unprofessional. Rude and non transparent. He decided to eat as we were waiting on paperwork. Clean they lost a deal. Don’t waste your time. Much better options.

Tommy, we're happy to hear you had such a positive experience with our team! We sincerely value your business and look forward to your next visit!
I am in the market for a car.
I am in the market for a car. What that means for me is that I do copious amounts of research before I settle on what's next. Once I make up my mind, I'm ready for the car, but it seems I've picked one that is unbelievably hard to find. You might find one, but it's probably in transit with someone's deposit on it. Which means you can't test drive one either. So, I have been stalking all the places trying to find one and when I found one last Friday that was on its way and had not been spoken for, I got in touch with a salesperson (Tristen) She text me yesterday when it arrived, still no one's name on it and I told her I would check with her today. It was still available today WITH NO ONE'S NAME ON IT when I started the 2 1/2 hour drive to Chevyland Shreveport. It was STILL available with no one's name on it WHEN I WAS TEST DRIVING IT. However, the salesperson's manager called and said that another salesman told him (Quenton) that he had a lady drive two hours to look at the car and we took it out from under him. When we got back to the dealership, the salesperson seated us in her cubicle and went to talk to the manager. When she returned, she said we could proceed, got the information on my current car, my license, keys, etc. and went off to the managers office. After some time, she came back and said, "He's going to offer you so-and-so on your car but we figured out what happened. The lady came to buy the other car that is similar to this one, but it got sold out from under her so to fix the situation, we are going to sell her this one." Ummm, we "fixed" a situation by creating it with a different customer? How's that? She tells me that her manager said if I would like, they can go ahead and order my car for me. I told her that if I were going to order, I could do that at my home dealership. She said she understood and went back to the manager's office to get my keys. When she returns, she tells me that her manager said I needed to make sure my home dealership has an allotment (I think that's the term) to be able to order. I explained that I've already discussed ordering from them but even if they couldn't, there were enough dealerships in my area that I'm sure I could find one that could. There would be no reason to order so far from home. Keep in mind, I got a lot of second-hand information from "the manager" I never even met. I don't even know his name- he didn't bother to come speak to me himself...even after he sold a car out from under me. So, what he told me without telling me was that Chevyland Shreveport did me a favor today by demonstrating exactly why I do not want to do business there. I am out my time, my gas, and the cost of dinner, but not a car to a dealership that really doesn't take care of it's customers (ironic, since that's what you see first thing on their page.) Airlines even buy you dinner when they screw up and you're literally a number to them. I barely got an "I'm sorry." What I find really interesting is the verbage they spew on their website when they repeatedly talk about caring about the customer and making sure their buying experience is top-knotch. That's what I've always been taught was hypocrisy and sales gimmicks. There's a reason dealerships and salesman have a such icky reputations. They've been earned and Chevyland proved it yesterday.

Truck broke, extended warranty.
Truck broke, extended warranty. Replaced starter. In & out in less then 48 hours. Thanks to Jeff. Broke down again 4 days later. Jailen help out on Sat 18 May. After no luck on rentals he arranged a loaner. Thanks. 21 May, Jeff texted taking the blame for the return visit as their error, and apologized. Could have made up a story, but didn't. Thanks for being honest and reputable. Also cut me a check for the full towing charge I incurred. Mistakes happen, but your staff's integrity carried the day for both of us. Thanks again, I will keep coming back.
