If I could give this place 0 stars truly would. I have been to Chevyland twice and will never go back. I took my truck to get a check engine light loo...ked at by their service department. I took it in the first time and they had my truck for 2 days and didn't fix nor kept me updated on anything. I had to call them to figure out whats going on with my vehicle. The lady who answered stated my truck was finished and the warranty covered everything. So I got a ride to pick up my fixed truck. When I arrived at chevyland I found out my truck wasn't even touched. They diagnosed my problem and that was it. They needed to order a part so I got my vehicle back and scheduled an appt for a later day. About a month later I made an appt for Friday at 7am. My truck was the first vehicle in that day. I asked if they could just keep me updated cause they didn't before. The whole day goes by and I get a call at 435. I missed it but the voicemail stated that they diagnosed my problem again and needed my approval to work on it but the lady, Jill, was leaving in 5 mins. I called back later and no answer. Called Saturday morning and was getting the run around game about my truck. Jill wasn't in. No managers were in. And the front desk lady didn't know where my truck was. Asked if I could borrow a car and she stated no one was in to give out cars. I asked for the managers, Jim, cell phone. Called 4 times and left voicemails and he never returned my calls. They are closed Sunday so I was at Chevyland at 7am asking where my vehicle was and if it was done. Jill said she doesn't know if it was done or not. I requested to speak with the manager. Jim comes out and I explained my situation to him. I asked him why isn't my truck done yet when its been here for 3 days now. He told me he doesn't know because the service only takes 1.5 hrs to do. I asked him if I could get a car to drive around while they work on it. he said "no". I asked if I could just get my vehicle back because they didn't do anything and I needed to go to work that morning. When Jim brought my truck around I asked "why don't you ever resolve problems?" he couldn't answer, so I got the vice owner of Chevyland ,Jerry's, number. Called 3 times and left voicemails and still haven't heard from Jim or Jerry. WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. GO TO RED RIVER. save yourself time money and headaches. only positive thing I can say about chevyland is that they never made me pay for the diagnosed fee.

I had to bring my diesel truck back to the shop after having it for 2 days. Not their fault but they had to run more extensive tests to find the probl...em. My service rep.was Jessica Smith and she was great. Kept me informed and was very apologetic for having to bring it back so soon.
I was very disappointed with the service this time. Totally different than the first time I went. Service person was very short with answers to my que...stions and spoke to me as if I should know my tires were rotated with the oil change. Then I was handed my keys and told to use my key fob to honk the horn to find my vehicle. Totally unlike the first time when I was explained everything and walked to my vehicle. !!!
