Bought a 2015 Equinox from Taylor Netherton. I was very pleased with the entire process. Taylor was very easy to work with and followed up on a couple of things we needed. He was easy to reach and very accessible. Buying a car can be very stressful but Taylor Netherton made it easy
Bought a truck in 2019 from here brand new.
Bought a truck in 2019 from here brand new. Purchased the highest level of warranty they offered. The Bluetooth didn’t work right when I bought the truck. I had plastic trim fly off randomly down the interstate. Had the transmission fluid flushed twice. The truck would go into limp mode randomly. My dash screen randomly turns off while driving. The idler pulley went bad at 35,000. The motor lifters began knocking sometime after 70,000 I didn’t know what it was thought it was nothing but after taking it a few places and it getting progressively worse I took it back to Chevyland on a Wednesday for them to tell me “nothing is wrong with it” on Friday. So I had the mechanic ride with me and he says “oh now I hear it” this is 4:00 on a Friday. So now my vehicle sits in the shop all weekend after being there since Wednesday and having to pay for a rental out of pocket because my warranty went out at 73,000 and I’m at 76,000. I go back up there Monday only to be told at 4 pm again not because I was called but because I went up there they tel me yep it’s your lifters knocking quote me a price for a few thousand dollars and expect me to let them do the work. This place is a joke and they sell junk vehicles. Don’t buy from them and don’t use their service department. Their turn over rate is so high it’s a different group of people every time you go back. They lack care and it starts at management.

I was talk to like common trash and lied to. Worst dealership worse people to ever deal with in business don’t go there

CHEVYLAND BROKE MY WINDSHIELD
I dropped my vehicle off April 14 for them to do maintenance and look at my AC and purchase a new remote. Once they diagnosed the problem as my Hvac door being broken i was informed that it would be 150 to remove my windshield and 300 if they remove it and it breaks because it was the only way to fix my AC. The day I was suppose to pick my vehicle up I noticed I had a whole new windshield and my tint and black bra on windshield was gone. THOUGH they didnt charge me for a new windshield the sale advisor never told me they broke my windshield and allowed me to pay for service knowing xxxx well he lied to my face. He told me the only issue with my vehicle was that the technician had broke my rear view mirror on my 2015 ls camaro in which they would replace. BASCIALLY chevyland broke my windshield and was gone let me drive off without being held responsible for their mistake. I have yet to receive my vehicle because they want to half xxx do their job by putting a bra on my windshield and not adding the tint. I ADVISE EVERYBODY TO LOOK AT THEIR VEHICLES WHEN DEALING WITH CHEVYLAND ON YOUREE. Going on day 10 and yet I still don't have my car in i was just informed it'll be another week before I see my baby because they failed to fix my windshield the proper way. EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM MY VEHICLE WINDSHIELD WAS TINTED AND HAD A BRA THEY STILL FAIL TO FIX IT RIGHT AND AS FAR AS THE COMMUNICATION IT SUCKS IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE YALL A -10 RATING.
