He listened to my tale and what I was looking for in a car. He led me to a Subaru Forrester, which hadn't been on my radar. He let me use it until my insurance check came in, which gave me time to feel confident that this was the car for me! The salesman, David Peek, was helpful and made the financing and final transaction look like a breeze! Battenkill Motors, you are MY dealership! The staff at batten kill motors where very helpful, and personable, making the buying process of our truck very easy and stress free, John and Dave were very kind and understanding of what type of work truck was needed for our dairy farm, and understanding what type of budget we wanted to be in and weren't pushy salesman just trying to make a buck. I live in Florida and just purchased a Honda CR-V 2006 from this dealer in Troy, NY. Well, the total experience was even better than I expected. Jon, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. He was responsive to phone calls or emails, answered any and all questions, was never high pressure and was always very prompt in following through with what was needed to expedite the sale once I had decided to proceed. They checked the CR-V and did a needed repair at their own cost. The auto arrived in Florida as promised and I am very happy with this purchase that I feel was fairly priced. I highly recommend Foreign Auto Sales as they really know how to treat their customers with friendliness, courtesy and fairness.
