We purchased a used car from the. It was advertised as having two keys. They provided one and said second one sometimes comes in week or two later to call... them back. When key never showed they refused to order us one even though advertised as having two keys. VERY lo-class to stiff the customer after sale is made. Cost me 300 for a second key. There response was that they advertised with new car listing not used car. My response is that they listed it and should provide what was advertised. BEWARE, they will not honor what they advertise
Such a relief! Sebastian was wonderful! We just bought our new van from here. We have been looking for a new van for two weeks. At other dealers we where... treated as a number and not a person. I hate car shopping but this experience I had was amazing and I will continue to buy cars from here! Beginning to end it was five-star treatment on the way. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a car from Auto Gallery Chicago this past November. I experienced engine failure the SAME DAY it was purchased. The dealer was legally... required under warranty to fix the problem. I don't believe they actually worked on the car, because within a day of getting it back the check engine light came on. At this point I was still under warranty. The owner agreed to take another look. Out of curiosity - I pulled the check engine code at Advance Auto Parts before the dealer diagnosed it. Then I went to the Auto Gallery Chicago and waited while their mechanic pulled the code. Auto Gallery Chicago turned off the check engine light, then lied which code they pulled (claiming it was residual from the initial issue and the car did not require further work). I know they lied because when the associate that dropped off the car to the mechanic returned to the dealership, he told me and the owner the actual code - which matched what Advance Auto Parts pulled. The owner then "corrected" him with his lie and continued to elaborate on the lie after he was confronted. Since their mechanic cleared the code and would not offer a printout or image of his reading, there was nothing I could do before the warranty expired. I've had to bring the car in for maintenance 3 times since purchasing 7 months ago.
I sent an email through cars.com for someone to contact me about a car they had on the website. After well over a week I’m still waiting for a reply. Looks... to me that they could care less.
Bought a car and literally got home to the check engine light on. They supposedly fixed it. Still has issues to this day. Should of read reviews ahead... of time of this shady business. The other person stated they had a flood vehicle and I found out mine was as well. Will never have anyone I know buy a car from this horrible so called dealership.
Really excellent, highly responsive service and high quality cars. Got a really nice 2013 Subaru Outback at a good, below market price. Love the car,... but the best thing has been their service. Worked primarily with Steve, and he is professional and friendly, and he has gone well beyond expectations in terms of service before, during and after the sale. I had a lot of questions, and Steve patiently answered them all, even days after the sale was complete. Post-sales service is superior, and I’ll recommend them to friends and family. Great mix of quality cars, too. Professional, service oriented dealership with great cars. Definitely worth checking out.
I’ve been in the market for for a Camaro for a couple weeks. I found a decent one here. After a week I decided to go see it. Worked out some details. Talked... to my bank the next morning. Cut me a check for the very Camaro I saw hours before. Call Steve and he says they sold it. Second time this xxxxxxxxx has been pulled on me in the car buying process. I am sick to my stomach. Thanks for the solidarity fellow veteran.
Purchased a luxury car from this dealer. Sebastian helped me. He was attentive and informative of there inventory, which is quite selective. Good treatment.... I reccomend this dealer. Great group of people, and very nice cars!
