Dishonesty

They are dishonest and do not back their warranty. I’ve had my car 1 month and it’s been in the shop twice. I would never buy a car there again. Dishonest.

Fabricated (not done) inspection report

Faked inspection report. Test drove Dodge Charger. Noted crack in windshield. Ask for inspection report. Report was provided, dated the day after the test drive. Windsheil inspection was checked green.

Do your research

Well the truck had right front door painted and could see flaws in paint. There seems to be a run and possible repaint left front door. The muffler is leaking and almost broken at the point it could drop down. Carfax said rear minor damage. Front bumper has Mark's and other spots throughout vehicle. Was told if I wanted to buy it at listed price I would need to the day I was there because they are going to raise the price 995.00 the next day which they have. They wanted additional amount i think 795.00 to guarantee paint from peeling ect although we argued about whether the right front door was painted. Sales manager said it was dirt. I'm a ford factory 20 year master tech with a trained eye. I welcome a indecent outside body shop to verify my findings. Also on road test I felt a brake vibration although it appears brake pad were replaced. While on road test on interstate the salesman directed me off the interstate so i couldn't totally confirm at highway speed. At this point i was considering letting my son come from Greenville to look at truck to determine if he wanted to accept it . With the pressure of the sales manager emplying he was raising the price we decline to persue buying the truck. So yes my experience wasn't that good. I've worked for s dealership 20 years your preinspection failed and sales experience wasn't very good.

They will nickel, dime and penny you to death. I won't be back there again anytime soon! Crazy document fee of $590, undervalued my trade and overvalued their vehicles. My shadow will never again darken their doorway. But, that is just my opinion.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They cannot be trusted. They offered to buy my truck after I gave them all the information, description, and VIN. The amount was confirmed and I drove 2 1/2 hours to finish the deal. When I got there, however, I was told they had made a mistake and could only offer $3K less. When I protested, the "buyer" got nasty and refused to discuss. We had to walk away. If that is how they treat sellers, I'm sure it is worse for someone trying to buy.

Purchased a vehicle over a year ago from AutoMaxx an decided I wanted to up grade!!! Best decision I could’ve made… it took a while to get me out of my 2013 5 series BMW but the definitely got me in the car that I came in for Which was the 2019 X4 BMW!!! The energy in the showroom during our visit was unlike

The energy in the showroom during our visit was unlike any other dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was clapping and cheering, music was playing, there were two families with their dogs, it just felt so positive and inviting vs the typically uncomfortable car sales environment. They were fast, informative and transparent, I was so thankful to have had such kind people to help me through what I expected to be a difficult process.

Our experience while we were at the dealership was

Our experience while we were at the dealership was generally good. Other than being a little disorganized (not knowing where the car we reserved an appointment to test drive was), everyone was friendly and kept us updated. However, they lost the key fob and cut a new one while we were there and let us know they would send us the fob in the mail. After calling inquiring about it three times, and being told once that they think it was sent, we have not received it still- it has been two months. Although it was clear we were not getting as much priority as those buying more expensive cars, I still expect there to be more timeliness and follow-through regardless of that. If you say you’re going to send me the fob that YOU lost, and keep me waiting for my test drive for an hour because you couldn’t find the car or the key, I expect, at the very least, the fob in the mail. It was a good experience gone bad.
