Toney and Dustin are very professional. Due to heavy traffic we showed up after closing and as luck would have it Toney was still there. we were able to see the vehicle although not do a test drive. Because of his friendliness and professionalism we returned the next day and Dustin took us through the vans features. we purchased on the spot.

Kaylin and Johnny introduced themselves right at the start and quickly helped us narrow down what we were looking for! They offered us test drives and were patient with us with no pressure to come back as soon as possible and buy something. because of their service we felt comfortable coming back the next day and purchasing our new vehicle! Their service makes us wish there was a Kaylin and Johnny in every state we move to; they were fantastic!

Good sales process overall, but while test driving realized the vehicle had been 'keyed' and covered up with touch up paint. Hood and side of vehicle were vandalized bad. Was ready to walk and Johnny Dangerfield put in writing the 'entire' vehicle would be painted. I agreed to these terms and purchased. After one week of having my vehicle post repairs I realize that Automaxx did not do what they say they would. I took pictures before painting to compare & the roof, rear and other areas were not touched with paint. They did fix the major damage, grateful for that. They are fair with price and service, but did not hold true to what was in writing in regards to repairs post purchase.

While test driving vehicle realized it had been keyed, bad damage to roof and sides. Was poorly covered with touch up paint. Was ready to walk when Johnny Dangerfed put in writing 'entire' vehicle would be painted. Now 1 week post vehicle return and had to post this message, Automaxx did not do what they said they would. Roof, rear & other areas not touched with paint. Before & after pictures to prove it. Im OK with the vehicle but not the empty promises by Johnny Dangerfield. Fair dealership but just be cautious.

Ike was very professional, he took his time with us and made each test driving experiance very easy. He explained all the important factors about each vehicle that we test drove. He was very patient and easy to talk to. He made my first car buying experiance a Great one and yes I would recommend him and this dealership to my friends and family !!!!
