Crooked and theives
WE PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM AUTOMAXX IN MAY OF 2016. IN JULY FOUND OUT THAT FINANCING FELL THROUGH. WE WERE TOLD TO BRING THE TRUCK BACK (YOYO SCAM) THEN WE WENT IN TO SPEAK WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER JOHN WHO BY THE WAY IS A COMPLETE IDIOT. I SAY THIS BECASUE HE INFORMED NUO THAT WE HAD TO TURN THE TRUCK IN WHICH HAD APPROVED FINANCING AND WOULD NOT GET OUR 8000.00 DOWN PAYMENT BECAUSE HE SAID THAT DOWN PAYMENT WENT TO THE FINANCE COMPANY. xxx EVERYONE KNOWS A DOWN PAYMENT OR TRADE IN GOES TO THE DEALERSHIP NOT THE FINANCE CO. WE REFUSED TO TURN THE TRUCK IN UNTIL THE MONEY WAS GIVEN BACK. THEY AGREED TO GIVE HALF THE DOWN PAYMENT BACK AT THIS POINT. SO WE LOSE THE TRUCK AND 4GRAND!!! WITHOUT SENDING A RIGHT TO CURE WHICH WE WERE NOT LATE ON ANY PAYMENTS BUT AHEAD IN FACT THEY REPOSSESSED MY TRUCK LAST NIGHT. THIS IS PERFECT EXAMPLE OF JONNY DANGERFIELD AT WORK AGAIN. SPOT DELIVERY AND YO YO SCAM AND NOW I WILL BE PRESSING CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR LARCENY. THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO STEEL MY VEHICLE I DID NOTHING WRONG. I UPHELD MY LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT TO THEM. SO NOW IM OUT THE TRUCK AND 8 GRAND. THEIVES!!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE.
