Trustworthy; Comforting

From the time I walked onto the dealership, I was helped 100% for what I was looking for until I drove off the lot, with my new car. The dealer was respectful & very informative when & if I had any questions. He made the process quick & easy & got me out of the offices in a decent amount of time.

Thomas was very helpful. He explained completely the purchasing process. His knowledge of the vehicle I was looking was excellent. The wait was minimum. He ensured I knew my options about extended warranties.

Excellent and professional service from moment one!

I rated this dealer 5 stars. I have bought a large number of vehicles over my life. I normally avoid dealers because they usually are a pain in my side, pressure you, and try to sell what they think I need. At 63 I believe I know much more than the lot lizards slithering around ready to pounce. Auto max was different. It was a pleasure from when my wife arrived, offered us help, and assisted us. Dave Clancy, our sales rep., was top drawer and professional from the moment he introduced himself. We had some minor issues that they agreed to fix. He even delivered the car to me the following day. If you other dealers would learn good old customer service, you might have a better following as does Automaxx. Great job, Dave.

car purchase at Automaxx Summerville

Thomas my sales guy, was very cordial and informative. I we was well pleased with his knowledge about the product. The best thing about my experience with Automaxx was smooth and fast process from the beginning to the end. WELL SATISFIED!!!!!!!!

Sales Manager Lied

I was searching for a used car for my family. Found what appeared to be a nice car on the Automaxx website. Scheduled a test drive and dealt with Thomas. The test drive was great, Thomas was helpful, and the car was decently priced. A couple of things I noticed were that it did need some touching up on the paint, and the vehicle needed new tires. This is when Thomas' manager Johnny stepped in. He offered me "dealership" pricing on tires and he would pay for the balancing and the labor. I thought that was fair enough. That is until they emailed me with the so called "dealership" pricing. The "dealership" pricing was actually HIGHER than 3 other places that I had called just as a general consumer and had gotten quotes. When I spoke with John on the telephone and called him out on it, he basically told me the price was the price and I could take his offer or leave it. His sales person lost a sale because the manager completely lied to try and make a few hundred extra dollars. I would not recommend this place unless management changes.

Chris miller is a almost sale person I didn't get the car I wanted but he still was able to get me in a car today.
