I had my previous car for 9yrs so needless to say I was not looking forward to the whole car buying process. I had found Automaxx after shopping online for a couple weeks. I saw a few vehicles I liked but one really caught my eye. I had requested some info and promptly received an email from Thomas Brittle. He was not over bearing and answered any questions I had. After test driving the vehicle I wanted to make sure the purchase was right for me. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle right away. A few days later I went over things with Thomas and bought the vehicle! The whole team was professional and courteous. I will be recommending them!

Recently, I put my personal car online for sale privately. I figured I could get more for it than trading it in or selling it to a dealership. I received many scam text messages and emails. Tanner Altman, From Automaxx of Summerville talked me into bringing my car in to have it appraised and assured me he could get me fair market value for the vehicle. His persistence and follow up is extraordinary. He is professional and courteous and not the typical salesman you would encounter at a dealership. He was forthcoming and honest when it came to the value of my vehicle. There were no surprises or pressure from the staff. He even worked with me on price and has been excellent at following up with me in a way that wasn't annoying! I'd have to say, that after working as a car salesman for 5 years (10 years ago), I was expecting the worst and was given the opposite. I have never, and will most likely never, write a review for a car dealership, but I will personally endorse Tanner Altman from Automaxx of Summerville. Well done Tanner Altman!
