This is our first time buying a car off a lot . Obet Maldonado has helped us with this purchase, and was great at doing so . He asked what our limit was and what we would be interested in and went beyond to help us find what we were looking for. We will come back to Auto Maxx in the future for future purchases.

Recently, I put my personal car online for sale privately. I figured I could get more for it than trading it in or selling it to a dealership. I received many scam text messages and emails. Tanner Altman, From Automaxx of Summerville talked me into bringing my car in to have it appraised and assured me he could get me fair market value for the vehicle. His persistence and follow up is extraordinary. He is professional and courteous and not the typical salesman you would encounter at a dealership. He was forthcoming and honest when it came to the value of my vehicle. There were no surprises or pressure from the staff. He even worked with me on price and has been excellent at following up with me in a way that wasn't annoying! I'd have to say, that after working as a car salesman for 5 years (10 years ago), I was expecting the worst and was given the opposite. I have never, and will most likely never, write a review for a car dealership, but I will personally endorse Tanner Altman from Automaxx of Summerville. Well done Tanner Altman!

Thomas was really helpful and I did not feel pressured like other sales reps. The communication was great and there was no guessing as what I was buying!
