2011 silverado

Purchased a 2011 Camaro

Purchased a 2011 Camaro from Cody. Great no pressure deal. Danielle also did a great job keeping in contact during the few days before I could make it in for my appointment. All around, very positive experience.

Horrible experience with finance manager Mike

My wife and I bought a 2011 Nissan Armada from them and our experience with Cody our salesman was awesome. But thats about it. After he sent us to the finance manager Mike we were treated like second class citizens. He was extremely rude to us and kept giving us the run around. After we purchased the vehicle and left the store with it things got worse as he kept asking for more and more documentation that we had already provided him. He kept saying the bank is requiring it. One time my wife was on the phone with him trying to get the information for exactly what she needed to provide and he hung up on her and was extremely disrespectful to the point I was ready to bring the xxxx SUV back to him. He kept telling us the bank was rejecting our information/proof but eventually when we talked to them they said that he had never submitted anything. It all got straightened away and we have a wonderful family SUV now but for someone in the customer service business its just absolutely appalling that he could treat customers that way. He chose that job not me. He doesn't have to do if he hates it that much.

Had an enjoyable experience purchasing our auto.

Danielle and John make a good team. My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our visit. We were treated very well and did not feel any pressure from. They asked good questions and their answers were very informative. They took very good care of use. Thank you very much Danella and John
