God Send

I can honestly say shopping at Automaxx was a God send and my day could not have been better. My decision to shop at Automaxx of Summerville was on the spur of the moment however, I previously had spent numerous hours shopping on line. I was greeted by a very professional and kind soul, Paul Smith. This young man was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and very intuitive of his customer (me). The process of choosing a vehicle was not stressful nor did I feel pressured. I could not be more happy and satisfied with my Dodge Journey, (exactly what i was looking for). Low mileage, well kept, blue tooth, the right size for the right price. I have to say thank you very much Paul for your assistance in my vehicle purchase.

Upset Customer

I would never purchase a vehicle from this company ever again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. If something stops working on the vehicle before you even pull off the lot, they say " Oh well, its your responsibility, so you gotta fix it!!" Poor customer service!!!

2008 RX 350

We met with the salesperson Eddie and took for a test drive. When we came back to dealer and they gave us carfax there was an accident with minor damage to left rear side of vehicle that my wife pointed out to me. I am an insurance claims adjuster for over 20 years so I went out to examine the left rear of vehicle and got on ground to look underneath and noticed there was structural damage to the left rear body panel, left rear frame rail, left rear floor pan extension and rear floor pan. It was obvious that this vehicle had structural repairs done to it although car fax showed minor repairs. This is all fine and can happen but when I brought it to the sales manager Toney's attention I was told that there was no difference in the price even though it was priced based on a "clean" car fax with no structural damage and was "assured" by Toney that the vehicle would be returned to the auction they purchased the vehicle from, but I honestly don't believe him. I believe they are hoping to sell for the listed price to someone who does not have the knowledge or expertise to catch the above noted issues. It should be noted that I was still interested in this car for a more accurate, fair price but Toney walked away from us visibly upset with what I pointed out to him but I believe it was only because I saw it more than brought it to his attention.

Great service!

I came to look at a car I saw online and ended up buying it. Very excited. Dalton Lash helped me from start to finish. He was very police and knowledgeable. I'm a first time buyer so I got a new car at a great price!
