OVER AND ABOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I saw a car I wanted on their site. Within 24 hours, it was mine and I was driving it, and they had worked out all the details. It was in great shape, and when I had a few questions later, they got back to me very quickly. I have NEVER had a buying experience with a dealer anywhere near this. They are pros and they care. Good people.

i am a repeat customer my car was totaled after being financed through here for over a year. i came back because of the excellent service i received before and eddie was my salesman and he did a super, super job

2007 silverado

Danielle and Chris - Danielle was most helpful and kept trying until she found a way to get me in this truck. Upon arrival at the dealership, Chris welcomed me and took care of all the paperwork. He was very friendly and helpful. Chris walked around the truck with me and made sure I knew facts about the truck. Danielle and Chris were very courteous.

Dissatisfied!

I have been lied to repeatedly by management (Owner, Business office staff and front desk staff) about my refund that is do to me being that the dealership has there vehicle back since 11/08/2016. As stated to via per Business Office Rep. Melissa Sandlin a check was waiting for my pick up since 11/22/2016 at the front desk apparently the front desk personnel nor was the owner made aware of this. On 11/06/2016 I received and email from Melissa saying that my check would be sent out to my address that they had on file ,but have yet to receive my refund. What a bunch of liars. Not happy with you at all Mr. Johnny Dangerfield. I am dissatisfied and won't recommend your dealership. I will say that The sales person I worked with Mr. David Clancy was excellent and Melissa Knarr business office personnel was as well. The front desk staff should be made aware of what going on, and don't transfer calls to department when they know that there is not a person to speak to customers.
