Great service

I was traveling across the country and had a concern with some lights on my dash , I called Kia Santa Fe and they took it right in and checked it everything was fine and they washed my car and I was back on the road within the hour

Great service

From the minute I arrived I was treated with nothing but kind ,professional and immediate help. Lawrence Taylor /L.T. is truly the best. What an asset to your company. The usual required maintenance done on my car is always done right and fast plus the added bonus is my vehicle is always returned to me squeeze clean.

Awesome service!

I really liked that the gentlemen helping us were honest about everything. There weren't any hidden fees and they told us exactly what was going on.

great service

Service was good about telling me that I need new brakes & a deriving belt. These are things I wouldn't have known until they were gone or broken.

Great service

Nice, fast friendly staff in the service area. Took my Optima for oil change only took 40 minutes.....car wash was free!!

Kia of Santa Fe has a great service department

The staff in the service department was very helpful and friendly. Checking my car in was quick and easy. The work was done promptly. I like the fact that they wash my car and give it a 360 degree inspection with every visit.

Nice & clean facility. Coffee & snacks available

The service representative, Carlos Lopez, was nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. The service worker did a very good job also. My car was out, nice and clean, at the time Mr. Lopez said it would be.
