I dealt with a your lady named Ewa very nice made my car buying experience very easy got a very nice clean car, i pointed out a couple marks on front fender an they offered to fix it for a very small fraction of what a body shop would charge , ID RECOMMENDED EWA IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD CAR SHE WORKED WITH ME OVER THE PHONE , I LIVE IN INDIANA AN SHE MADE IT VERY EASY FOR ME , I DROVE 5 HOURS ONE WAY TO GET MY CAR 2012 CHALLENGER R/T MANUAL LOVE IT...THANKS AGAIN EWA. 👌😁

The guy with the glasses is sooo IGNORANT and tries to talk down to customers. He was trying to convince me that CARFAX dictates the price of used cars over KBB. CARFAX over inflates the price everyone knows KBB dictates the market. He still to this day uses the Pandemic for his high prices. I walked out. STAY AWAY. RUN DONT WALK

I was looking for a Honda CRV. I called and asked about it, they said it is available and asked me to come next day for a test drive. When I went the car wasn't there and they showed me another one that I was not interested. They said they sold the one I was interested in already but they did not tell me because I won't come to see the car. They tried to sell other car and I felt like I was fooled. Don't go there, no integrity in their Business there

SCAM ARTIST DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT they will keep it and tell you they bought tags even if the vehicle won’t start or have air conditioning. These people know you won’t get an attorney because it will cost you more to get it back. They play the system but I’m reporting them to the Secretary of State it’s illegal and they can cancel plates for 0 costs their liars thief’s and scummy

My husband and I went to see a 2014 Acura MDX we saw online. Yuriy was very easy going. He stood in the rain while we looked inside the car and never pressured us to buy. Very nice vehicle at a reasonable price. The dealership could improve their communication regarding shipping of the vehicle. However, the vehicle just two days after the deal was sealed from Chicago to my home in Michigan. Very nice delivery carrier.

Great experience. Alex is a xxxxxxpro, very experienced, respectful and empathetic. Easy to deal with. Everything about the car I purchased was EXACTLY as they represented. He and his sales manager made the transaction very simple, and went out of their way to be accommodating. They say that the best deals are those where both parties come away very satisfied.... I felt that way. I bought a great car, at a very good price and great service. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or family member.

I never met such ignorant people who try to belittle you when they are wrong. The salesman with glasses is trying to tell me that KBB does not mean anything and that CARFAX values dictate the market. I have been in the car business over 30 years and I have never met such non customer friendly people. Car City Chicago tries to use the pandemic as an excuse for the high prices of his cars. Every car has been touched up with a paint brush and is a few shades off. STAY AWAY. TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME.
