Please be careful when you give your car for repairs.

Please be careful when you give your car for repairs. The mechanics are irresponsible and they forget to check everything, check all engine before you move your car from the parking and make sure to take pictures, they over promise and under deliver, luckily in my case they left the engine coolant empty and the lid was left open, good was I checked before I moved my car, be on the look out, the know how to charm people This is my honest opinion

Horrible service

If your car is not under warranty or your not buying a car thier to busy to speak to you. I've bought two MB and the quality and serviceare horrible. People are to busy ALWAYS!

As a 12 year customer of Mercedes Benz, I have a long history and high expectations from a dealer that sells automobiles that cost as much as a house in some part of the country. That being said, I was simply stunned to be treated like I was shopping for a used car at Bob's Corner Lot when I went in to the dealers showroom to inquire about purchasing a replacement for my wife's expiring lease. Not only were they disrespectful by leaving us waiting 30 minutes for them (we left), but in the end the proposal they presented was almost laughable. Audi is looking so much better as our next vehicle.

VERY DECEIVING MAINTAINANCE PLAN

I purchased an expensive maintainace service for 3 years before I leased the vehicle , so I dont need to worry when its time to service the car. It worked well for first 3 services, it did not cost me anything. But the 4th time as suggested by the light indicator that it needed to be serviced , those wonderful service persons THAT I HAVE TO PAY NOW which is very expensive.The car wasn'nt even 3 years old yet. They said they only covered 3 maintainance service not 3 years.I told them I purchased it good for 3 YEARS . They said it doen' t matter , it is only good for 3 occurrnces and then you have to pay thereafter. THIS DEALERSHIP REALLY LIKES TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS AS MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM ARE SAYING. Never again I will come to this dealership. I will be buying a new 2021 GLE in a couple of months, drives great BUT WILL BUY IT IN DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP 100 percent.

Customer service must be first priority.

After shopping around for a car and seeing one that interested me at this dealer I contacted them via email and although at first they responded to some inquiries I had they never responded back after they appraised my trade in vehicle so I never heard from them again even after I emailed them back several times.

Elisha Watkins - Sales Representative

Elisha Watkins was my sales representative. He treated me like a friend. He was professional, thorough and friendly. He answered all my questions and he was able to get me a great deal on a used Mercedes. He made me feel at ease with no pressure. I highly recommend him.

Very poor communication and poor management

Here is the deal with this dealership our advisor was Ken, who promised to call us regarding warranty on our vehicle and never did. We received a call after the vehicle was already done slapping us with a $ 876.00 dollar bill which I did not technically authorize. I spoke to the service manager who said basically tuff titty said the kitty when the milk went dry basically tough xxxx because the service advisor had me sign due to the fact he said he needed it for them to do any work, they also lost out mats And was very rude on the phone very very unhappy and would never recommend this dealership ever horrible customer service and communication

Second worst dealer experience in my life.

The communication skills of the staff at this dealership can best be described as wanting. In the process of working a deal on a car, the primary contact Aaron Devers, just stops replying, the person I'm passed off too, Barry Flores likewise, fails to reply to messages left for him and in the meantime the car was sold to someone else. After this I spoke with Justin the general sales manager, who seemed to much prefer talking as opposed to listening.
