I purchased an expensive maintainace service for 3 years before I leased the vehicle , so I dont need to worry when its time to service the car. It worked... well for first 3 services, it did not cost me anything. But the 4th time as suggested by the light indicator that it needed to be serviced , those wonderful service persons THAT I HAVE TO PAY NOW which is very expensive.The car wasn'nt even 3 years old yet. They said they only covered 3 maintainance service not 3 years.I told them I purchased it good for 3 YEARS . They said it doen' t matter , it is only good for 3 occurrnces and then you have to pay thereafter. THIS DEALERSHIP REALLY LIKES TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS AS MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM ARE SAYING. Never again I will come to this dealership. I will be buying a new 2021 GLE in a couple of months, drives great BUT WILL BUY IT IN DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP 100 percent.
After shopping around for a car and seeing one that interested me at this dealer I contacted them via email and although at first they responded to some... inquiries I had they never responded back after they appraised my trade in vehicle so I never heard from them again even after I emailed them back several times.
My and my husband would like to thank Uri S. And his big boss for understanding and accepting our offer. And making sure we are taking care of. And also... to Diego C. for going through all the paperwork making sure we understand everything. If you want to buy a car you should check out Mercedes Benz of Fairfield. Great customer service!!

I would not recommend I’ve been here three times and it is the last go elsewhere bad service . They tried to over charge me but I’m not stupid I no my... way a little around cars.
