Have been having transmission problems since we bought

Have been having transmission problems since we bought our 2020 subura forester. Have tried for 2 years and we keep getting the run around. Tells us corporate has to handle it. Same story every time. When you pay over 30,000.00 for a car you don't expect transmission to mess up at 1,000 miles. 2 years we are still waiting. Love my Subaru but they need to make their wrong a right. We are elderly and definitely feel Taking advantage of after waiting patiently for 2 years. Back in shop today for a/ c problem and still ignoring transmission problem. Why can't Subaru do the right thing?

Picked a vehicle.

Picked a vehicle. What we wanted was not on lot. Said one is coming following week. Called when we didn’t hear from them. Said it was being built and be there the following weekend. When it didn’t arrive emailed main Subaru company was told they don’t start building vehicles for at least 8 weeks after they receive order. When we contacted Montgomery Subaru they gave us a date in two weeks again. Told manager we wanted to cancel and get our deposit back. He wanted to tell us his work history and salesman. When tried to change to getting deposit back, he didn’t. Want hear that and called us a liar

When I come to the dealership and Norman helps me, it is

When I come to the dealership and Norman helps me, it is a great experience. When other people help me, it is not so great. The Thermo Control Valve went out in my 2020 Forester. There was no offer for help from Montgomery Subaru. No loaner or anything they could do. They only told me to call the Subaru of America Advocacy Dept. and try to get a rental. I’m thankful that Subaru of America helped me and is assisting me to get a rental. It makes me very disappointed because I have spent a great deal of money at this dealership only to be pushed down the line.

went to this dealership to purchase a 2022 Outback....

went to this dealership to purchase a 2022 Outback. their offer as a trade in for my 2019 Toyota Avalon was an astounding $6,000 lower than three other dealerships I visited--very disappointed and insulted by the explanation given as I had thoroughly investigated the trade-in value of my auto through KBB and Edmonds .com-and knew what it was worth---I did purchase an Outback the same day from the dealership in Columbus, GA. Although they did not inflate the retail price (nor did the dealer in Columbus) over MSRP -the offer for trade-in accomplished the same thing for them--the "sales manager" in my opinion was not honest with me in explaining the low ball offer for my auto

I conducted several hours worth of research and searching online for pricing, dealer reviews and sales rep reviews when looking to buy a new Subaru Forester. I watched a lot of videos on how to negotiate the deal and what "scams" and "trickery" to avoid. After conducting that and having years of experience buying elsewhere I can truly say this is the most professional, courteous, transparent, and friendly dealership I have EVER been to. I can not recommend Tabor Cleberg enough as a honest salesmen who made this experience memorable and worthwhile. Want a Subaru? GO TO MONTGOMERY SUBARU!

2020 Subaru Ascent purchase

We had a very good experience working with Tabor Cleberg in the purchase of our Subaru Ascent. He was clear and knowledgeable in answering any and all of our questions and made the entire experience a pleasurable one.

New Car buying experience

I knew exactly what kind of car I wanted and I researched many dealers in FL where I currently live, in GA and AL. I only dealt with dealers via e-mail since I work night shift and did not want any phone calls during my sleepy time. Drew was very pleasant to work with via e-mail and even though I was somewhat pushy at times he remained professional and pleasant in his interactions with me. I ended up buying my car from Montgomery Subaru because they gave me the best price out of all the dealers that I interacted with and they also had exactly the car I wanted. We drove to AL to pick up the car, they had all the necessary paperwork waiting for us, it was a very pleasant and fast experience for us. Drew explained the car features in detail for us. Kyle did the financial part of the deal, he also was very pleasant and non pushy. Will certainly come back for my next Subaru purchase. Highly recommend this Dealership.

After not being able to get an acceptable deal at another...

After not being able to get an acceptable deal at another dealership I emailed Montgomery Subaru and got Matt. He was so nice and understood what I wanted and made it happen. It was so easy, I wasn't sure it was for real. We go to finish the deal in person and no surprises, everyone was so nice and made us feel comfortable. Matt noticed I have a mobility problem and without a word pulled the Forrester right next to the door. This is the dealership we will buy from next time I need an upgrade 😉. In our opinion Matt went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted.
