We had great experience at BMW of Albany GA. We needed some help and they went above and beyond to help us. We really enjoyed learning about the cars... from Rob Roy and Gail, they are very informative, kind and respectful, they treat you like a member of your family, great service. Even the mechanics are very efficient and they told us very quickly what was going on with our car. I definitely would recommend to check them out before you go to any other BMW dealership.
Warranty issue was taken care of. Was upset about the issue but a timely fix was very appreciated. Will be back for an oil change soon.
We had a pleasant experience in the purchase of our new BMW. The salesman who assisted us was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles on the lot within... our price range and was helpful in getting us the best vehicle at the best price for our needs. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

Tori did a wonderful job making sure my service was completed in a thorough and timely manner. She made sure that I understood the work to be performed... and the cost.
I went into BMW Albany to have my right front light replace. Not only did they not replace my light but also charge me for it. I paid $258 for a bulb socket... they stated they replace. I was in contact with Gill the service manager and I tried calling the Good Morning Kurt several times to advise him that after two weeks of leaving their my light went back our. I took my car to BMW of Columbus and it was there that I found out that nothing had been replaced. I was charged for worked that wasn’t performed. I have contacted BMW of North America and file a complaint. I’m also looking into my legal options. I have been dealing with this same issue for 3 years and it took me taking my car to another dealership to find out what was wrong in less than 20 minutes. ALBANY is horrible. I see why there’s a new GM EVERY YEAR and a new see service manager with new technicians. Do not go to ALBANY Ga BMW. They are horrible and they dress like none professionals. Columbus Ga dresses for success. They are a true example of customer service. Avoid ALBANY, Ga....the service manager Gill lied until he was faced with the truth and still tried to switch it up. I will never go back to ALBANY again. My refund will be issued to me today!!!!

Visiting from out of state and they had the exact model we were looking for. Blake was amazing and attended everything perfectly throughout the process!... Gave me a great price on my trade and worked to get our numbers right; Highly recommend anyone in the market to buy your next BMW from here!
Tori professionalisms was above reproach. She made what was a very difficult and stressful experience for me more bare able. She kept me informed as to... the progress of my vehicle. From the time we arrived this morning until we left the dealership, everyone was friendly and willing to make our time there while waiting for the service... in our vehicle as pleasant as possible.
I originally had to have my car towed due a flat tire, which was quite stressful to say the least. I had plans to go out of town for a retirement celebration... for my best friend. It was so great to see that my vehicle received a complete checkup to make sure everything was fine. The surprise was to actually see the video checkup occurring. This set my soul at ease! My experience was professional from start to finish and I love everyone at BMW of Albany!! I have been a customer for many years and will remain a customer.
