Service experience was great I had no issue understanding

Service experience was great I had no issue understanding the service advisor. The advisor understood that I was unable to wait for the service and he gladly helped me get a ride back to work

Decided to take my suburban in for an oil change, since

Decided to take my suburban in for an oil change, since we had a coupon. We haven’t been back in a while since our warranty expired. Luis was our service guy…he’s awesome! Upon pick up, they send you into the cashier. Forgot her name, but she’s been there for years! You can tell she’s been there for years because she’s extremely nasty, and obviously doesn’t care about customer service anymore. It may be time for her to retire, since she can’t even have a smile on her face when greeting you. Not sure I’d even return to this dealership, merely because of her! Since my husband did not want to take the time to complain about her nasty attitude, I thought I would share in this review. Also, you might want to do a complete check on your car before leaving. The mechanics don’t care about their greasy hands all over the steering wheel and door handle on the inside. By the time my husband got home, his hands were black. They most definitely need better quality control after service.
