Paid for front two wheel alignment not sure it was
Paid for front two wheel alignment not sure it was completed along with complimentary oil change because gauge still displays engine oil change soon. Last time they sent me video footage of services provided this time nothing. SMH what’s going on here?

I kept getting the run around, lack of communication with
I kept getting the run around, lack of communication with people handling my vehicle. I had to take additional time off work as appointment time I was given was not accurate. I also spent 10-15 minutes standing around waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me, not even a “hello we’ll be with you in a bit”. I had to track down a manager in the showroom myself to get answers. The work completed on my vehicle was subpar at best. I ended up having to take time off work again and take the vehicle myself to the outside vendor used to have the problem fixed. No one bothered to check the work when the vehicle was delivered. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles at your dealership, but this experience was absurd.
