Several weeks ago I bought a 2025 Honda Pilot Touring

Several weeks ago I bought a 2025 Honda Pilot Touring Model from Walker Honda after owning a 2009 Honda Pilot since 2008. Oh, what a difference! I love the heads-up panel on the dashboard and the digital speedometer. The push-button transmission takes some getting use to, but it works very smoothly. Most impressive is the rear-view camera which is automatically engaged when the transmission is placed in reverse. The navigation system is a bit challenging at first, but I recently made a trip to New Orleans from Alexandria. With the GPS engaged, I was given voiced advice about upcoming turns at intersections well in advance, and the advice was timed to coincide with my travel speed. In short, I was led through a myriad of turns to reach my destination, but there was never any question about my next maneuver--I always had plenty of time to change lanes if necessary. Another great feature is the one which alerts me when another vehicle is traveling in my blind-spot: this helps to avoid lane changes at the wrong time. Perhaps the best feature of this purchase is the follow-up which I continue to have with the salesperson, Bryan Normand. In fact, I was at the dealership early this morning, and Bryan went over the remote-start procedure with me, which, by the way, is yet another great vehicle feature, especially during these hot summer months when a locked vehicle gets really hot--the opportunity to cool it off a few minutes before driving is a welcome advance. Bryan has patiently answered all my questions, and he and I did a hands-on demo of folding down and moving the rear seats just this morning. He has volunteered to do an extensive "familiarity" explanation for all the new vehicle features, as soon as I take the time to go over to the dealership and spend 30-45 minutes with him. I strongly recommend Walker Honda for new car buyers, and if you are thinking about a Honda Pilot, you should definitely get a PIlot demo at Walker. At Walker, the phrase, "service after the sale" is not just a slogan; it is the way they conduct their business! Talk about service after the sale--circumstances left us in Baton Rouge on a weekend, donating our old Honda Pilot to my grandson to drive to school in his senior year at high school. Bryan drove our new vehicle to Baton Rouge and delivered it to us on a Saturday morning. That was WAY OVER, ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations! Thanks, again, Bryan!

Worse experience ever I purchased a car June 17,2020 and it didn't have good running air on top of the other issues I tried to over look, I took the car to get the air looked and they refused to fix it and told me nothing was wrong with it, all the dealers are concerned about is making a sale,because after that the staff was extremely rude and unfriendly,I ended up turning the car in and going somewhere else and they gave me a better deal and good running air.

Nice dealership

I was in the market for a used car. They helped me look through a large inventory. They have several makes under their Walker name so it was a good mix of vehicles to look at.

Great Experience

John Wrubel is an efficient and caring salesman. He worked with me--along with the other members of the team--to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I drove away in a CR-V, and I was very pleased and satisfied with the entire experience.
