I was in today for some service work and to have some recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts I needed and fixed everything they had parts for as I waited. The service department guys were super nice as well as super helpful. While I waited I test drove a new truck and spoke with Jordan. He went out of his way to get me all the info I was looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. I may not be ready to buy now but when I am I will 100% buy from Ed Martin in Anderson. Thanks for the experience fellas.

Subpar Service

Recently bought a used Ford from here. My sales associate was very pleasant; however, there were multiple items missing from the vehicle (owner’s manual, 2nd key fob, not a single physical key, and also the wheel lock nut). Furthermore, there was not much effort in trying to reconcile this beyond contacting the prior owner. I have purchased vehicles before from other dealers whom went above and beyond to provide the best service. This particular vehicle appeared well-kept so I overlooked asking about these types of items initially. Regardless, I think more effort should have been made in the name of customer service especially considering I flew almost 1000 miles to strike the deal.

Didn't Seem much interested in selling a car.

I contacted them about a used car listed on Cars.com, subsequently phoned them, and didn't receive acknowledgements until over a week later. It seemed like they weren't much interested in selling a car. It was the holidays, but it was also the end of the month.

We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee. The salesman, Mike...

We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee. The salesman, Mike promised us a follow up phone call on window tint that my wife wanted (this after he informed us to make sure we gave him a good rating on his follow up). No calls from Mike at all after the purchase. I reached back out to Mike to inform him of some scratches on our new purchase and he again was to get back to me after checking with the service department. Again, no call from Mike at all. We have purchased 6 Jeeps over the years, but will not be going back to this dealership.

When Brian Burke made my husband wait two hours to speak with him in the waiting area. And then told us we were going to eat all the cost. Which was completely opposite of what was told to us almost three weeks earlier! Don’t be us with a car with paper plates at a transmission shop.
