I am very pleased with tecforce automotive and the staff, ive been turned down by many dealers and was discouraged about making a vehicle purchase until I stopped there, they took the hassle out of everything, the staff there not only got me into the truck of my dreams but they got my wifes car refinanced aswell there service department is state of the art with all the bells and whistles a real shop should have so no out sourcing. The owner is always onsite to answer any questions and isn't to good to get his hands dirty and ryan the office manager is way cool getting right to buisness to make everything happen and judd the sales manager is always right there to make all the necessary calls on your behalf to what ever financial institution you will be using. I would not be going anywhere else to buy another vehicle, tecforce is the only dealer myself and my family will be using from here on. Just bought my 5th car from TecForce and I have never had any problems with these guys. Drew and Tom the owners are the most customer oriented pair in the Car business. I bought my first car from Drew when it was just Drew and Tom. Now they have a state of the art repair facility that can handle any repairs you may need. The warranty these guys sell is the best I have found and well worth the extra. After a year and a half of trouble free driving my wife's car blew a motor and the warranty covered all repairs and installation with just the $100 out of pocket deductible. The work was done at TecForce and was completed in a timely manner. Been a year since then and it still runs perfect. My daughter is quickly approaching he 16th and when the time comes for her to get a car it will be bought at TecForce. I may be the one paying for it but with the deals these guys offer I think we can swing it. My new car was bought through Judd and Ryan and I received the same respect and customer service from them. I purchased a used SUV from Judd Bensol at Tecforce Automotive and I could not be any happier with my experience. Mr. Bensol from the start was very helpful, he asked me exactly what I was looking for in a vheicle regarding, size, age, mileage, options, and most importantly cost. After a brief discussion over the phone he said that he understood my needs. He was upfront from the start and said that at the exact moment he did not have a vehicle that would fit my needs ( I was very specific as to exactly what I was looking for) but assured me that before too long he he would be calling me with a match. Within 2 days Mr. Bensol contacted me and had the perfect vehicle to meet both my work neccessities and my family lifestyle. Before I could even test drive the Honda Pilot he was completely up front and said that there was a minor problem with a wheel bearing. He assured me that it would be taken care of and ride like new by the time the keys were in my hand. Not only did he come through with his promise, the service department went above and beyond what was neccesary and basically put a brand new suspension in for me. Plus even having over 100,000 miles they still gave me a 5year/100,000 (additional)mile warranty. Amazing! So thank you Mr. Bensol and the entire staff at Tecforce. I bought a van from Tecforce Automotive! They were amazing to work with! It was my first experience with a dealership! Ryan and Judd had returned my phone calls in a timely manner. They answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I drove 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. Everything they had told me was correct about the vehicle! I also received a wonderful warranty. I got a hundred thousand mile warranty when i pulled it off the lot. The warranty was not just for Tecforce i can do it at any of my local garages around town so i dont have to make the drive again! I was a little skeptical at first because the drive was so long but I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I am definitely going to come back for another vehicle in the near future!
