Great dealership

The customer service is excellent! They worked with us and did everything they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Very friendly sales reps.the best perk about purchasing from the force is the 5 year/100,000 mi drive train warranty. Thank you to Judd and Ryan for all your help a nd patience. So excited to pick up our vehicle next week.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service from Start to finish. i bought a Toyota Corolla and could not be happier. I called Ryan filled out an application for credit he got me a really good interest rate. They even put new tires on that didnt even ask for. I will also be using them for repairs and oil changes because of the customer service. Great Experience!

Techforce Great Experience

My experience at Techforce, from my phone call, to the pick up of the car excellent customer service. I bought a Toyota Corolla. Ryan (my first contact) made the whole transaction so easy. He is always available to answer questions. The financing was easy. Everyone that answered the phone was very helpful. i got the extended warranty and will be bringing my car to Techforce for oil changes or repairs. Great place to buy a car!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a Toyota Corolla. I am very happy with it. Start to finish great experence. Everyone that answered the phone customer service. Credit application was easy to fill out and Ryan gave me an answer right away got me a good interest rate. I am very Happy.

Overall a great experience!!!

My name is David and I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 from Tecforce. I started my buying experience by filling out a credit application on their website. They called me back within a couple hours, and in fact it was better news than I expected! Ryan said I was approved at a rate of 6.49% with a credit score that I though was not possible. Needless to say I would not be driving this new truck if it was not for him going above and beyond running my score and actually finding ME a better deal!!! Thanks Tecforce i will be buying in the future.

Don't waste your time!

Don't waste your time with these guys! Not only did I email them thru the cars.com site I also called and left a message about a vehicle I wanted to test drive and had some questions about their hours and find out when I could drive the vehicle. Never heard a word back from them at all! All the other dealers I called returned my calls and answered my questions. These guys lost a sale due to their poor quality of customer service and lack of manners. Take your business elsewhere. I mean come on you get notified by cars.com that someone from dealer will call you and you also call and leave message?

Very good experience

I bought a 2005 Volvo XC90, the price was very fair, the buying process went very smoothly, and they took care of all the paperwork and DMV registration. Also, there were a couple things that needed to be done on the car and they took care of them for no charge. Good overall experience and I would recommend them and go again if needed.

Not a very happy customer

I bought a 2004 Tahoe from this dealership a few months back. Very disappointed in the service department. The things they said they would fix just created excuses for why they wouldn't fix it. Every day I drive this truck I find more and more problems. They had basically done the bare minimum to get the sale. I regret buying from them and will not be buying from them again.

150% satisfied

TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE!!!!! I purchased a truck from a private party a few days before an operation. I live on a steep hill so I needed it to be four wheel drive. I was in no shape to crawl underneath it. I asked how?s this, this and this? Great,Great, and Great. After taking a loan out and purchasing it. I recuperated for 3 weeks. Tried the truck I put it in 4wd and all I could hear was the gears grinding. I later found out the truck was totaled. I will be paying for that mistake for a long time. (AS IS). I saw my new truck offered by Tecforce., Looked very nice. Ryan was nice enough to stay late to show me the truck. I purchased it and to my surprise they wanted to keep it for a couple days to put new tires and brakes on. They did. And of course I fell in love with it. As with any used vehicle you find problems I did,.all minor. I called, and Tom went and corrected them. Kudos to him and his team. My stress level has gone down so much now that I have a good reliable truck. I told all my friends that this has been the best buying experience I ever had and would HIGHLY recommend the team at Tecforce Automotive. Thank You, David Weinberg. November 2014
