I inquired about a specific vehicle online. Lee got back to me promptly and worked with me to value my trade. I had done research on the value of the vehicle I was looking at, and they were right on target. Not underpriced or overpriced. Ozzy and his team are low pressure, not hard sells. They have a good inventory with higher end down to low end vehicles. While we waited for the final detailing of the vehicle we bought, there was a friendly, casual atmosphere. We got a fair deal, not a bargain, but felt like everything was honest and upfront. There are some minor cosmetic repairs that Ozzy agreed to have fixed, we haven't had that done yet, but we have the agreement in writing. Ozzy also could only find one key, so he had another key made for us (programmed $150) before we headed home. Overall, I would have liked to have gotten a little better price, but again it was fair for the specific vehicle we wanted.

Told Jeff what I was looking for, my price range & he showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for and drove home in it that after. Jeff went above and beyond to get me in my new car. This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Ozzy’s. We have never gone back to the same car place, ever. We will be back when we have to replace our Jeep that we originally bought from them. We looked for weeks for a vehicle with good gas mileage, low miles, and a handful of other needs. Went in on my 30 min lunch break they had a car we liked, test drove it, no hassle or pressure. My girlfriend called made all arrangements over the phone I went paid and Yarri even delivered it to my house so I didn't have to leave my truck and figure how to get it home. I went to test drive a car I had seen an ad for. Once I arrived, Yuriy took care of my request a test drive. I asked to think about the purchase over night. They were very accommodating. I did make the purchase the next day after a deal had been reached. I was very comfortable with the purchase and confident in the vehicle that they will back me if I have any issues.

Bought a 2008 land rover lr2 from Lee hawk, was very easy to work with, didn't waste our time and helped us out a great deal. The dealership owner was on site, so the larger aspects of negotiating the car sale didn't take much time either. They even went so far as to drive 45 min to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. Great company to buy from.

Visited this lot a few times before buying. When I decided on the car they made the process quick and easy! We found a vehicle on cars.com and went to Ozzy's to check it out. We took it for a test drive with Ozzy. He was very friendly, cool and honest. We decided we wanted the pickup and they worked out a great deal for us and we drove it home the next day. My fiance and I bought a 2006 BMW from Ozzys and a week later there was a coolant leak where someone put in the wrong coolant and we had to replace some parts costing over $1000. We called Ozzy and he refunded us back what we paid for the repairs and was wonderful to work with! Our salesman Yuriy was wonderful as well! Definitely recommend these Guys!

We absolutely loved our experience with everyone at ozzys! the staff was very friendly and laid back...we enjoyed just kicking back and hanging with the guys! They really know what they are doing...We bought a Dodge durango from them. it's a really nice ride...shortly after buying it though we had issues with a stuck caliper, so we had to take it to be fixed. My husband called ozzy to see if they would help with the cost since we had only bought it about a week before. He was really cool about it!! The cost was 429.00 and they covered 300.00 of it! The truth is, they sold the vehicle as is, but they made it right anyway! I would highly recommend ozzys ...they will do you right!!! AWESOME STAFF!!
