FANTASTIC sales person- Peter Pham
My sales person Peter was GREAT to work with. We were done with him within an hour. However, getting the paperwork/financing finalized took an additional 4 hours in the office- waiting for other office staff & an unnecessary impersonal sales zoom call. To the 2 dealer questions below- my answer is yes - but it would be to deal with Peter more than the dealer.

Global Mini Cooper
My experience at global mini cooper was very pleasant. After having repair issues on my 2012 mini cooper the service manager Al and his team worked with my husband and I by discussing if it was time to maybe trade in my mini cooper. After long conversations regarding my issues we came to the decision to purchase a 2020 glc 300 Mercedes. Currently we are very happy with our decision and very pleased with the excellent customer service we received at global mini cooper. Thank you Al and your entire team for a happy ending.

Best Car Buying Experience To Date
I originally came in for repairs to my 2015 Countryman. After talking through what repairs needed to be done - the service center talked me through what would be affordable for what I needed done immediately for safety reasons and what could wait (and for how long). I started considering purchasing something else instead of the repairs. The team - especially Floyd (sales) and Andre (repairs) - we?re incredibly helpful, thorough and thoughtful. I test drove several and ultimately decided on a Signature 2024 Countryman. And am so glad I did. I will most certainly be coming back to this dealership for service, repairs and any questions. This was the best experience - I never felt taken advantage of, the team felt incredibly trustworthy and everyone was incredibly kind. Thank you!
