Should be a zero!

Should be a zero! I only went to the dealership on 11/18/2023 Saturday around 2:30 pm. What a waisted trip, no one would come out and wait on me. After 20 to 30 minutes I left. There were no customers on the lot, a salesman sitting at his desk not helping any one. It is a long drive from Logansport Indiana to Muncie. Will never go back again. Maybe the dealership needs salesmen.

Great out of state experience!

We live 7 hours away and didn’t want to make the drive, but knew we wanted this car. To our surprise, this was an easy seamless buying experience! All done by phone and docusign! Jordan was great! Love my car! Thanks Kia of Muncie, and especially Jordan and Kyle for a great experience! We will definitely recommend.

Great out of state experience!

Great team to work with and very transparent.

Great team to work with and very transparent in the overall process. I had a great buying experience with this dealer. My Sales Rep is Chuck, he is very knowledgeable, polite and timely respond to my calls/emails. I would highly recommend this dealer and Sales Rep.

I am a single mom; I bought my vehicle from Kia new.

I am a single mom; I bought my vehicle from Kia new. I have always taken it to the dealership for any serving. within the last 6 months at the Muncie location, I have been charged at least two times for services that were not preformed. I have contacted the service manager Jeff - who passed the buck to Greg who offered to service my vehicle the next visit for no charge however this never happened. All has been ignored. Then last week I was charged again for a tire rotation that was not preformed and that I did not request! I had just had this done two days before at discount where I purchased the tires from. I am very upset, since my issues seem to be continuing and I never get a resolution I guess i will find a different dealership to work with. One that actually value customer service and don't take advantage of women.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

Haven been placed on notice by my "Costco" salesman Lucas Boehm, i was prepared for a lengthy wait, but it was so well worth it. Lucas, was professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. Even coming from Central Florida, this process from start to delivery was seamless. I got my long awaited Telluride exactly as ordered. So glad I purchased from KIA of Muncie Indiana-Lucas Boehm is the best!

Be prepared for the HARD SELL for their financing!

Went to purchase a new car in November of 2022. Had financing for a new vehicle from my Credit Union. I told the salesperson that contacted back about the car that I had purchased a car there in the past (2020), and had a good experience. I also told him that I had secured financing through my credit union, and that I did not need their financing. He sent me a web link to fill out information on. It was clearly a credit application. I told him that it was a credit application, and that I didn't need their credit, I just needed the out-the-door price. He told me that it was just for the credit union to get their information, and that it wasn't a credit application. I pointed out to him that the website stated "Complete this easy four-step application, and we will contact you with your customized financing options" and that the words "Simply fill out our Credit Application form below" were pretty clear that indeed, it was a credit application that that I wasn't interested in credit. I reiterated that I had my own financing, and that I just needed the out the door price for the vehicle chosen. He stated that he understood, and that he could call me to get "the few bits of information I need from you". I understand that certain information is needed, especially to report to Indiana for tax purposes, however, they absolutely don't need my place of employment, etc. Based on my experience, I would absolutely steer EVERYONE away from Kia of Muncie. It is obvious that they want to get everyone to finance through them, likely because of the kickbacks the dealership gets. I later learned that the salesman I was dealing with had left employment with Kia of Muncie, but by that point the damage was done. There are about 6 other Kia dealers in a 50 mile radius, and if they all do the "hard sell", I'm happy to look at other vehicle makes.

I worked with Chuck Gifford at the Dealership and found it to be one of the best buying experiences. They under promise and overdeliver. The dealership is a little over 500 miles from my home. I flew into Indianapolis and was picked up and driven to the dealership. Chuck spent a good deal of time with us, setting up the personalization of the Kia EV6. He contacted us on our way home and after we arrived home to make sure there were no issues with the car and our charging stops for our EV. After experiencing our 500 mile road trip, I decided to make some setting changes for greater convenience and Chuck was quick to respond to any questions. So, if you"re interested in buying a new car, think about Chuck Gifford at Kia of Muncie. Yes it was a distance, but my wife and I made it into a mini vacation.

Simply The Best

The staff at Kia of Muncie is second to none when it comes to service. They’re consistently willing to sacrifice their time and efforts to do what is best for the customer. Taking time to explain the situation and following up with me is a common practice of K.O.M. Recently, members of this staff (Zach, Lucas, Craig) went out of their way to help deal with a difficult situation pertaining to my vehicle. They made what seemed to be an insurmountable situation (sub-zero temperatures during the holiday season) into a moment of peace and relief for my fiancé and myself. It’s great to know there are still businesses and people willing to help others in a time of need. I’ll continue to purchase my vehicles from K.O.M. and recommend them to others.
