Have a vehicle with an extremely rushed frame even tbough the rest of tbr vehicle look in great condition, dont got there!!! After further investigation others have had similar experience.

Son bought a truck was suppose to be 2006 well its a 2005 lights weren't working had it three days and only got to drive it once took back cause we canceled the loan and Brian the crook said we don't get our down payment back

My family has bought cars from Bastians all of them nothing but problems take them back they say they will fix them and they dont My daughters van was previously in accident they didnt reveal that

BUYER BEWARE!!.. Honestly goes along way and there was NO HONESTY there Bastians Coal Valley they dont follow through with what they say are going to do "repairs" on the VEHICLE..I feel they should put on their website that they buy their vehicles from the local auction"silvas auction" so the buyer has a heads up on where the vechicle has come from..Cassi "manger" told me thats where the vehicles come from after purchase..✌

My 20 year old son purchased a vehicle from this dealership. While the salesman was nice, polite and was able to help my son get financing for his first vehicle, I was very disturbed to discover one of the problems with the truck. I realize when you buy a used vehicle, one that is 13 years old and has about 100k miles, some repairs are to be expected. What I don't expect is to find out that one of the problems could have been catastrophic for my son. The rear differential was almost completely empty of fluid (about 1/4 quart and water). Thank God my ex-husband is a master tech mechanic and was able to go over it before he left for a 4 hour drive back to college. Had the rear end locked up when he was driving 70+ mph on the highway, he could have been killed. I feel this was a major failure on the part of the dealership and the mechanics they have looking over the vehicle. When I called to tell them, I was told their mechanic had been driving it with no issues and then was asked if this happened after we bought it. I guess they don't realize that it could have locked up at any point in time. I am thankful I had a competent resource to look over this vehicle. I can't stand to think about what could have happened had my ex-husband not checked that.

I went in expecting to have an expensive finance monthly payment. I didn't even want to consider a vehicle thinking it was out of my price range at this time. I highly recommend Mike at Bastion to other Quad City residence because of his motivation to help others finance cars at a very reasonable rate. It was worth the distance to get there.

In and bad spot did not think Cassi be able to help and she said she could help and she need and was there helpful and understanding made everything so easy and put us in what we wanted I would definitely tell people go talk to Cassi she great up front and will do everything she.
