Purchased a Denali from bastiens in Febuary , seem to run awesome, then a ticking noise in the motor with oil change light came on, changed oil ,seems to silince the ticking some what, then when it got warm out,guess what no A/C, you could hear the leak, know with 10000 miles on it it crapped out along side the road, hopefully the 2year 24000 mile warranty I purhased covers whatever is wrong with it. my loan is through credit acceptance, bastiens sales man kept calling me. telling me I needed proof of residency, I gave them every thing I had, the problem was my mailing address and physical address are different,I even sent noterised letters with my physical address to them . finally after several weeks all was taken care of. I recomend going elswhere if possible.

We bought a used truck from Bastian's Auto Outlet and after only a month or less it started to make a noise and pulling to the side. We had it checked out and it cost us 600.00 to fix. We called and called them and they kept ignoring us. I sent them a copy of the bill and they e-mailed us back saying that they wouldn't do anything about it. The mechanic told us that it was not safe to drive that way......but they say we bought it as is. So what can we do?

When I stumbled upon Bastian's Auto Outlet I knew this was going to be a good experience. I had no credit nor credit history. I browsed a few cars when a sells man approached me. He helped me pick out a car and even gave me a great deal. He let me break the down payment into two payments. But after about five months my car started to act up. Found out that the power steering pressure hose was slit sometime before I got the car. I thought it was no big deal except that the part was very costly and labor was even more. Then a while later the car started to overheat. I paid over $500 to repair the radiator and some other minor flaws. Then the car was still broken, and became inoperable. After talking to the sells man that sold me the car he told me he would be happy to help me either fix the car or get a new one. Well, it has been almost a month now and the car is still sitting in their lot broken. Very unsatisfied with the help thus far. If anything changes I will edit this post. UPDATE----- Well it's been over two weeks since I last reviewed. No changes made yet to my car. I went there today to see what they were going to do. They did not give me any information since my co-signor was not there. Kind of shady -.- Welp they will not help what so ever. So now I am stuck making payments on a car for the next four years until I have enough money to buy a new engine. Would not recommend this dealer to any one. Have already told about 20 people about this business. If you do however plan on buying a vechicle from this dealer I strongly suggest you bring a master mechanic to check the vehicle.

I bought a used car from here and could not be happier. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone. You do not know how great they really are here until you see for yourself. You cannot go wrong with buying a car from Bastian's Auto Outlet.
