Great service, very clean facilities, great food .

I appreciate the service Randy Dunlap provides at the service desk, he is always very quick ,accurate and promptly answers all questions.

Car repair

Service writer was friendly and helpful. We like the coffee and bagels when we have to wait. We like that the car was washed when returned. Car work was completed before promised.

Very nice facility, and efficient, helpful staff.

The purchasing process went very smoothly, and everyone was very easy to work with. We were happy with our experience at Hiland.

Excellent Servive! 5 Stars!

The dealer and financial assistant were both very friendly, courteous, patient, and honest.. They worked with me to get the car I wanted within my affordable price range! Absolute wonderful customer service, they weren't pushy like some can be... This is also my 2nd experience and purchase with Hiland, both experiences were fantastic and by far the best dealership I've personally dealt with?

Very personalized customer service

Very personalized service . It is very hard for me to make and keep appts due to work schedule. Joe gave me his cell so when I have a break in schedule i can text and see if there is an opportunity to get my maintenance. He makes it possible. Great teamwork there.

Great Service!

Making an appt. for service is easy and can be done in a few days. All of the service dept. employees are courteous and helpful. Great place to have my Toyota serviced!

Hiland=SCAM

When Hiland was located near Southpark mall, I had several bad experiences with this company and allowed them the chance to correct it because of the convenient location. Eventually, I took my business elsewhere because of the questionable service at Hiland. Only because of an online deal, did I give Hiland another final chance. My Sienna went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed to replace my driver's side running light bulb. I agreed. Then I was told it was not the bulb afterall, but something in the wiring that would require a $50 diagnostic. I refused that and left. The Sienna was looked at it by another independent mechanic. Within minutes of looking under my hood, they noticed a fuse was missing. That fuse was replaced and instantly the bulb works! This just verified to the mechanic and myself how Hiland does "business". Hiland has COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST AND LOYALTY as a customer.

friendly people, quick service and great accommodations while you wait. Love my Rav4 and would buy there again! Happy customer.
