I have bought 3 cars with this dealership and always have a great experience! Even living 2 hours away from Abilene I still come here when I need a new vehicle.

I bought a used car from 4M with low mileage. It lasted exactly 11 weeks before breaking down and was not fixable. The temperature gauge, odometer, tripometer, and heater all broke before 11 weeks. It took their mechanic a full work week to determine that the car had overheated (which I'd have noticed if the temp gauge hadn't broken). The owner of the place refused to even discuss making it right until I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After that, he offered to put a portion of the purchase price toward another car. I had exactly one car to choose from, and he wanted an additional $2400 for that car, which would not start when I went to test drive it. I would not recommend buying a car here. They're nice and helpful when you buy a car, but if you have any problems you will not receive any help at all. The owner is rude and does not call when he says he will, and is clearly not interested in maintaining a good relationship with his customers after the sale.

4m Autoplex is in the correct business. They are honest people who are very appreciative of the business they get. We purchased a used 2011 GMC and worked with Andy who made the entire process painless; enjoyable even. Andy answered all questions we had about the vehicle and even came in after hours to let my husband and I test drive the vehicle (knowing we weren't going to purchase the vehicle that day). We traded in a jeep and they gave us a fair price on our trade in. When the final transaction took place every staff member was very kind and professional. They even filled the pickup full of diesel and washed the truck just before I pulled it off the lot. I am certain we will do business with them again and will be referring them to everyone I can.
