4M Autoplex

This guys are great the sercive is good and their cars are great this is my second one with them. Page and reggie were so easy to deal with!

I bought my car at 4M Autoplex and the experience was great. The staff is friendly, willing to help, informative, and very knowledgeable about their products. After the test drive, I knew I wanted to buy one with the guys at 4M who made me feel like family. The staff couldn't be more helpful in this process and thanks to the guys at 4M, I'm driving the car of my dreams. They have the best prices in town, and the staff doesn't make you feel like you have to buy something. Great overall experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have never had an experience like this buying a car. The entire staff treated me so well and made me feel very welcome. They were not pushy at ALL! I will never buy anywhere else.......best kept secret in Abilene.

I bought a 2011 Ford Ranger with less than 59,000 in May 2014. Truck-wise, I'm satisfied. Before the sale all calls were returned and questions answered. After the buy I discovered there was no jack in the truck. At first the salesman offered to help obtain one. Next time I mentioned the need for a jack it was not addressed. I'm paraplegic and can't afford to have a bad situation of a flat made worse by no jack or tool needed to access the spare tire. Have been one month now trying to have the ASC Warranty he spoke so highly of that covers only the drive train. So does Ford. I need my extended warranty cancelled and a jack with the others tools that should have come with the truck in case I get a flat. Bought the truck in May and it is now September. Better after the sale service is definitely out there.

This was by far the best experience Ive had with a dealer. They made me feel at home and were very upfront and honest from the first time I met them. Everything they told me they were going to be able to do, they did. I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much 4M!

I have bought two trucks form 4M Autoplex. Both times they guys there have been patient and helped me find the best truck for me. I have never felt pressured to buy, and they are very knowledgeable of their products. They are an honest dealer which is hard to find these days. At 4M Autoplex you can shop knowing you will have a hassle free honest car buying experience that will result in a very satisfying transaction.

The guys at 4M were laid back and treated me great. They did exactly what they said they would do and I ended up with a great truck. I feel like I got a good deal and they filled it up with diesel for me. I will be back to do biz with these fellas again.
