I recently took a look at the GLE 350 and a BMW X5 my wife and I like those vehicles but preferred the Gle, Omer Aslam took me to the test track and treated my family like neighbors. This was the best experience I’ve ever had a dealership and I look forward to service in my vehicle there, If you’re going here ask for home

MB Naperville excellent service experience
Had a fantastic experience with service on my vehicle. The advisor had me out the door quickly and kept me updated as to what was happening. Enjoyed the loaner I had so much that I?m thinking of purchasing one as is my son(excellent sales tactic if that was intentional).

Bad customer service. Very unethical. Lack of customer respect. A sales representative import a car for you. His manager sell the car to someone else while you are sitting at the dealership waiting to fill the papers. I am you manager and I could do whatever I want. Don’t trust them

Awful service. Dishonesty and rookies in sales can’t commit to a word. Joe acts like a manager but he’s a very far from management or human behaviors. Serafin is bad too, they have a terrible way in treating costumers like in movies.

New Mercedes GLE 350!! Great Service!
I had wonderful service at Mercedes of Naperville. Mark Curtis took excellent care of me. I had some delays in purchase due to family reasons and he was understanding and flexible. Mark was receptive, informative and extremely kind. I love my new car and although Naperville is not my closest location I will return there form my next purchase!

Not a Fan of AutoNation
Ever since AutoNation took over Mercedes Benz of Naperville, the customer service has gone down hill. The service team used to be friendly and considerate, now you can just tell they don't like working there as much as they used to. In fact, I've noticed a lot of new faces and my competent service providers are now gone. It's a shame because I used to really like this dealership. The service manager in particular is unfriendly almost to the point of being rude.
