Great experience with John Schuszler

I interacted with John Schuszler a few days ago to purchase a used Subaru Forester. He was extremely helpful. This car met the needs I had to replace an old vehicle and John was instrumental in locating the vehicle and helped me with my evaluation. He did a great job through the whole process.

Quick and easy, great experience!

I unexpectedly had to look for a car, due to the demand for me to have a reliable car as I'm a traveling nurse. I have been researching Honda's and decided to drop by Casey to see what they could offer me. Sean greeted me upon my arrival, explained everything on detail, was also very personable during my time at the dealership. The staff was able to get pretty close to my budget, as I was initially anticipating getting a used vehicle. Were able to get me in a brand new 2019 Honda Civic and we're able to add in a few extra percs as well. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Casey to anyone looking!

Sean was the best!!

They took me in and took great care of me!!! Sean went above and beyond, it was a great experience!! :) they told me everything would work out and they were right.

Dissatisfied Customer

BE AWARE!!! Think TWICE before you purchase a vehicle HERE!!!!! CASEY HONDA provided the WORST customer service I have EVER received from a dealership. 👎 General Mgr- Jay Malone & Service Mgr- Ken Strain tried to get over on me by not offering a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY on my Honda Pilot that was PROMISED on the day I purchased it. They NEVER gave me an OFFICIAL PAPER WARRANTY FROM A WARRANTY COMPANY and once Lifetime Powertrain Warranty items needed to be done, they came up with all kinds of ways to prevent paying/taking care of the service items that required attention. They ABSOLUTELY provided POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and got over on me as a customer!! They definitely did NOT provide what was PROMISED! Casey Honda promised a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY, not a “LIMITED” Powertrain Warranty, but when I called to inform Jay & Ken of Lifetime Powertrain Warranty work that needed to be done on my Pilot, Jay emailed me an UNOFFICIAL “limited” Powertrain Warranty that did not have the word HONDA on it anywhere!!! Of course, he sent this unofficial warranty because it doesn’t include any of the “LIFETIME” Warranty items that need to be done on my Pilot. This is very unfortunate, but apprarently the way Casey Honda does business and is accustomed to treating its’ customers. 🙏I just pray Jay, Ken and the rest of the team are able to sleep at night knowing in their minds and hearts that this “limited” warranty is just right out wrong and NOT what was promised/owed me from the initial sale date.

Ms. Dean when you purchased your vehicle in 2010 we gave you an in house lifetime powertrain warranty, recently you contacted us about some repairs that needed to done and asked for a copy of the warranty, which I sent to you, you had a problem with the term LIMITED lifetime warranty. I explained that all warranties are limited ( not just automotive ) because they wont cover negligence or lack of maintenance. The warranty you have covers the lubricated parts in the engine, drive train and transmission it does not cover seals and gaskets or maintenance, ensuring you wont have any major expenses for as long as you own the vehicle, The warranty you have provides excellent coverage against any major repairs. We have done everything you have asked us to do, we have not been rude, slow to act or disrespectful. We will always honor our commitment to you. Jay Malone General Manager

please treat coustomer atleast as human

I went to casey honda newport news to buy honda accord 2020 on 10/5/2019. i had life worst experience with Mr Sean Davis and Stephen Labelle. they misbehave with us, they even don't treat us as human. when we ask for discount they said that they don't want to sell the car. they are very rude and need to learn manners.

There are times when a customer makes an offer that we just can take and we explained why we could not take the offer, there is a difference between wont and cant, this was cant not wont as you are aware your niece came in the next day and purchased a vehicle from Sean, Sean also gave your niece a ride to various places so we could finish the deal and she left very satisfied. Didn't even know what they were servicing

I made an appointment for a remote start key, which I said numerous times. I get the new key and there is no remote start. When I ask about it they say "I didn't know you wanted a remote start"
