The process was a good experience, although the final paperwork took longer than we expected. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealer and would go back again. The moment I walked through the door, my sales rep Alex Graziano was extremely professional, polite and very patient!! I have poor credit and didn't have much money to put down on a car but they made it happen.
