Our first and initial opinion of the dealership was quite

Our first and initial opinion of the dealership was quite pleasing to the eye Everything was clean and in its place, and our salesman Alex Was very accommodating with the waters and trying to make sure we were comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and professional about y'all product. We had a few misunderstandings on pricing, but we did get all that worked out, and it was a good experience buying there with Audi at Creve Coeur.

Fantastic never let me down when I need them the most

Fantastic never let me down when I need them the most they got my back, the only thing is they need keep for rental cars or loaner car so in case have to drop off but other then that everything else is perfect keep up!!

November 7, 2024: Today I brought in my 2007 Audi A4 for

November 7, 2024: Today I brought in my 2007 Audi A4 for service and took advantage of Audi CC's 50 percent off coupon for an oil change and multi-point inspection in the process (a great deal folks!). Upon arriving the young man greeted me and got me signed in and I quickly has the pleasure of working with Caressa (who I have had many great interactions with over the years, she is a kind soul who indulges this old man by listening to my long-winded stories!). As usual Caressa listened to my needs, talked with me about what she was going to let the technician know about my car's situation and in no time she had me out of there my car running great with a fresh synthetic oil change to boot! During my visit I got to check out the absolutely awesome lineup of cars that Plaza Audi has in their showroom (Have you seen the convertible RS5? How about the amazing Q8 Etron? Wow, what a great bunch of cars!) and as always everyone from Caressa to the young lady behind the counter out front was kind and attentive to me. If you have not had the chance to visit Audi Creve Coeur, do yourself a favor and go! 5 out of 5 star service and 5 out of 5 star professionalism and promptness!

Plaza Audi Service team performed service on our 2019 Q7

Plaza Audi Service team performed service on our 2019 Q7 and as usual performed exceptionally well. Ben Kaufman, Service Advisor, is extremely knowledgable and efficient and he exceeded our expectations on necessary services. He also pointed out a few areas to watch out for as our car ages, yet did not prematurely dramatize or push repairs that are not yet necessary. I highly recommend this service team.

I called to speak with the guy who sold me my car.

I called to speak with the guy who sold me my car. I left a message, but I don’t know his last name. I did not receive a call back. I received 2 keys when I purchased my car, only one key works, I wanted to ask him about that. I was very disappointed that he didn’t or anybody returned my call called, but I did receive this survey. Thanks a lot.

The staff are kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The Caressa at the Audi dealership provided excellent customer service and explained the process. She kept me up to date and was very helpful since I was traveling from Columbia, MO for service.
