We got a great price on a used vehicle at Metro Ford. Among the lowest prices in the state for that make/model. The rep who worked closest with us, John, was very helpful in the whole process, from test drives to negotiation of price. Never felt pressure. When we got home with the car (we live about 200 miles north of Madison) we discovered a couple issues—one with the sunroof and one with a tire. When we contacted John, he was great about getting back to me and setting up a time for the mechanics at Metro Ford to look at it. From the time we sat down with John to the last minutes we spent with the gentleman helping us go through the vehicle operation it was nothing but a pleasant experience! They listen to what you are looking for and then try and find you the best suited deal they have. They don’t try to sell you anything that you don’t want or need but they give you lots of options and it’s up to you to make the decision. No high pressure sales! Even the folks that weren’t helping us out were extremely nice to us while we were walking around and waiting. That says something about a dealership!

I was stranded without a vehicle and got a great vehicle in the end. John didn’t pressure anything, but rather understood my tough situation and got me on the road in a vehicle I wanted. He was willing to cycle through a few vehicles that I didn’t want. When I left for a little bit to think about things, there wasn’t undue pressure to stay. The other dealerships I stopped to had 10 people come and talk to me to desperately keep me in for a much worse vehicle at a much worse price so I appreciated that John let the process work on my terms.

Business manger Doug and the the sales rep the Bee was exceptional, caring, listened to my needs. Even with my for getting with tje situation that Doug undee stood and corrected the issue immediately. Thank you for everything..
