Don't believe they know what they're doing. Not customer focused. No communication. I won't be back. After we turned down the extended warranty, they couldn't get rid of us fast enough.

Poor communication wanted a seat bottom they only
Poor communication wanted a seat bottom they only installed new foam pad then put worn fabric top cover back on very slip shod repair that cost too much I will never return good thing we have other Ford dealers close

I purchased a vehicle June 5, 2023 and was told it had a
I purchased a vehicle June 5, 2023 and was told it had a second key. Since I have been try to get the second key and been giving the run around. I have talked or emailed my sales person, two sales managers, and General manager and still haven't got second key I was promised. All I want is second key I was promised.

We had an issue with a recall on my 2013 vehicle.
We had an issue with a recall on my 2013 vehicle. The recall could not be performed that day as there was another unseen issue. This can happen, however when I called back MULTIPLE times for an update on when we could bring the vehicle back/ reschedule, the service writer never returned any of my calls!! She was very nice in person, but the follow up communication was very poor. I will never return here.

Charged $400 to restock parts when I had to cancel a service appointment weeks in advance because the car was totaled. $400 hundred just to look at it to provide an estimate so $800.

Lied to me to get me to buy something
Sales man initially was very friendly but when we sat down to discuss financing, he became very pushy. I said I needed a few days to think(since I don’t like making big decisions right away) and he started lying to me about how I should hurry and buy the car today because it’s likely not gonna be here tomorrow. Told me that there were 2 appointments in the morning to see the same car and 1 of them would most likely buy it. The first appointment was on a weekday at 9am…right when they opened up. Had a hard time believing that since the majority of people work during the week around that time. Plus, he was texting me during the supposed “appointments” asking about when I wanted to come back in etc. So yeahh, I don’t think so.
