Don't believe they know what they're doing. Not customer focused. No communication. I won't be back. After we turned down the extended warranty, they couldn't get rid of us fast enough.

Metro Ford Madison worked very hard to make sure that not only my vehicle was taken care of but all of my concerns and questions were answered. They are the first dealership I have ever bought from and they have given me the best customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone that is looking to get the best service in town.

I purchased a used truck, 4 years old, from this...
I purchased a used truck, 4 years old, from this dealership and I was not even 5 miles away when the truck broke down. Took 2 weeks to get repaired. Now a year later I trade the truck in and have to call Metro Ford back again to cancel the extended warranty I purchased through them. It’s been 8 weeks and still waiting for a check. I was told it was mailed out the end of August and its the middle of September and still no check. No one returns phone calls or emails. Definitely not a relations I want with a dealership, won’t ever buy a vehicle here again.

The company uses deceptive advertisements designed to manipulate emotionally. Sends out letters with things like "Your lease has been canceled" (on the front)! Very bad marketing strategy and a heart attack in the mail. Would not recommend.

Great service
Doug was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took great care of us. I would buy a vehicle from him again. I feel all the Metro Ford employees we came in contact with are friendly and want to give you good service. My husband and I walked away feeling good about Metro and the purchase we made.

Rob and Doug were awesome to work with. From emails to financing. Rob even answered my first original emails on a Sunday afternoon…Both gentlemen were very nice to talk to on a professional and personal level. And I can’t thank Alex enough for going through how everything worked on my new ride! Last dealership sent me out the door unsure of how to operate certain aspects...
