I had a very pleasant experience at the Beverly Hills

I had a very pleasant experience at the Beverly Hills Audi. The Senior sales manager Syed Ali and his team were fantastic. I was searching for cars the other night and made an appointment to test drive the next day, Ali called and text me to ensure I was booked for test drive and gave me a reminder text message again. Mr. Ali was very responsive and timely followed up on my request. While I was waiting for the car to be ready, Imad, sales consultant showed up and made my mind so easy checking the inventories and answered all my questions. Imad was such an amazing person who was very kind and knowledgeable about the cars. While I was waiting, Imad made me feel very comfortable for me not to worry about anything. Imad assisted me test drive and explained very thoroughly about the car. Then the new consultant (sorry I forgot his name, he worked with Imad & Ali) helped me for another test driving with the different car. He explained very well when I asked many questions while test drove, and helped me for application process/Audi registration. He checked on me often basis if I needed anything such as water or coffee or snacks while I was waiting for the credit application, and brought me coffee 3 times & waters too, which was so nice of him. I felt very welcomed & comfortable throughout the whole time while I was there. I was still hesitant to do the contract due to the budget matter but Ali helped the process and made it work so I was able to make a decision. The finance manager (sorry forgot his name too but I nicknamed him- Audi Care.., it’s a long story lol.. he was another nice guy) helped me thoroughly for the paperwork process while he was explaining very in detail so I could understand each section on the contract. He was very patient and even funny so that I could forget about long hours of tiredness. I appreciate his being patient answering my questions while I was asking a bunch of questions. He even researched to answer my questions so that there was no misunderstanding. Even if the financing manager explained a lot, I was still indecisive for the additional options that would be needed, Ali showed up, explained again and made it work for me. The team was truly fantastic and the experience that I had with the them was the best one that I had in any other dealerships previously. They were very professional, listening, patient and kind. I recommend this Beverly Hills Audi to the anyone who is interested in Audi. You will never regret to come by here. Just to let you know that I rarely do the reviews unless I truly feel that I feel like leaving a review, which tells you that how great my experience was with this team. Thank you again for me to have this great experience with you guys. I appreciate y’all and will stop by soon again.

I had just completed a three year lease on exactly the same model eTron, but never realized during those three years I had so many advanced options until Jennifer came along. We had a great experience with Ivan.

We had a great experience with Ivan. We actually didn't go to buy an Audi. We were searching online for a one-year-old Subaru and we found this amazing 2023 Subaru Crosstrek with only 9,000 miles -- and the dealer selling it was Audi Beverly Hills. Ivan Prokopenko was the sales rep -- and even though his expertise is about Audi's, he took us on a test drive and was able to answer all our questions about the Subaru. We knew right away we wanted to purchase the card and Ivan made the whole process smooth. We left Audi with our new Subaru and before we drove away, Ivan took photos of us in front of our car all wrapped up in a red bow. Thank you, Ivan.

NIGHTMARE FROM xxxx CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.

NIGHTMARE FROM xxxx CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Situation we’ve been going through the last 60 hours is unresolved. The car we purchased on 12/31 issued us an emergency "electrical system malfunction" alert in the afternoon on 1/1 (less than 20hours off the lot). Audi Roadside assistance is the first pain we had to deal with. We had to wait 2.5hrs for a tow truck in the middle of Los Angeles. Other services would have been faster but we were told that using an outside roadside option could affect our warranty coverage. They had to store the car overnight at their facility but the car was not delivered to Audi BH service until noon the next day. I had to spend an additional 3 hours on the phone with Audi just to make sure the car was delivered. Car was finally delivered with a nice big hole in the bumper from the tow truck. In the meantime, we contacted the dealership and let them know what was happening. They were polite enough, but all they did was send us an Uber to get a ride home which did not work so we had to wait and order one ourselves. The next morning NO ONE from the dealership reached out to me at all in regards to the issue at hand. I sent emails and made phone calls to every manager I knew of and continued to get the run around. I finally got a call late in the day saying they were looking into it, but no one was able to get us a loaner or connect us to any of their managers. The following day (today) I received one email from customer support saying they were looking into things after my 5th email and Nth call. No one called me back. I called again and was connected to my original sales associate who has the day off and cannot make any decisions on this. Then, the service department called me to let me know they could not find the car and was I sure it was delivered? Yes, I am sure because I had multiple people confirm it the previous day. Another call, yes they do have the car and have started assessing the vehicle but are totally unaware of what problem we were having and the damage from the tow truck. I call again, ask for the general manager, am put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to a customer support representative. I explain the entire situation to her for what at this point is probably the 15th time I've gone over it with whoever is on the phone. She says she'll connect with Steven and Nadia and the service department and get back to me. Crickets. I truly cannot emphasize enough how horrible this dealership is. Company wide incompetence and the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I'll add, the minute I had signed the paperwork for the extended warranty the finance manager told me to sell the car the day the warranty expires implying the car is basically a hunk of junk. These people are crooks. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Unethical and deceptive sales practices.

Unethical and deceptive sales practices. Bait and switch tactic to make the customer believe that they are getting a great deal thus luring them into the dealership in order to sell them some other unattractive car nobody wants to buy. This fraudulent behavior has a history since at least 2015.
