Excellent Customer Service
James Tirelli was fantastic. My brakes had been squealing since I purchased the Q7 in September and he addressed the entire problem without giving me a hard time. I would recommend this service facility, but I would not recommend the dealer for car purchasing because of the car buying process.

Excellent service, selection and love my car!
I went to Audi Beverly Hills, having moved here from the UK, and didn't know what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised and drove away with a brand new 2020 Audi A3--in the color I wanted. Rio was my salesman, he exceeded my expectations in service, knowledge and professionalism. The whole service team was great--Juan, the manager gave me just the incentive I needed, and the finance was trouble free--with a better rate than expected! I am loving my new Audi A3. I feel well cared for and know that if I need help of any kind, I will get it at Audi Beverly Hills. Thank you
