What an absolute pleasant and stress free experience buying my 2015 Acura! Arianna and her team were incredible. They made sure everything I had concerns about were taken care of and there was no pressure throughout the entire process. 10/10 would remmend to anyone!
Worst experience no one can imagine...
Customers beware and how bad this place is turned into.... I don't even think one star justifies experience I had with this dealership today. I will never step foot in this dealership again after General manager Joseph Bellavia ordered the assistant Service Manager Charles Wiener do not service my 2014 TL for oil change and New York State inspection today 3/17/2018. The two main reasons the General manager Joseph Bellavia ordered to refuse to serve my 2014 Acura TL are: 1, after I questioned about my last oil change which dealer put in the wrong oil, 0-W20 instead of 5-W20 for my Acura TL SH-AWD. I entrusted this dealer and never questioned anything were done on the past. Until before today?s service appointment, I looked at my last oil change record done in this dealer and found the dealer put wrong engine oil to my Acura TL SH-AWD. I brought this issue to Mr. Weiner & Mr. Bellavia and expressed my very unsatisfied that this simple oil change could get so wrong. Mr. Weiner and Mr. Bellavia had no an apology for the mistake done in this dealer. Instead, both defended this mistake and said 0-5W will be fine for SH-AWD engine or there was 5-W20 oil used, etc. At the end, the general manager Mr. Bellavia had feeling I will not give the dealer a good review for today?s service if my Acura TL were serviced, when I receive the service questionnaires. 2, I didn?t purchase my Acura TL from this Huntington dealer in order to honor other Acura dealer?s coupon as promised at last service. On the past, I always got calls from the Charles after each service to give them highest rating on review. I did a five stars review for them. NOW YOU KNOW HOW THESE FIVE STARS REVIEWS COME FROM.
Stress free experience !!!!
This was my first car purchase in 13 years!!! I set out knowing what I was looking for. I also knew that it wasn?t going to be easy for me since I had never had a car loan before. Bruce made the car buying experience stress free and handled everything with white glove service. His knowledge of the car, his understanding of what I could afford, and overall his professionalism made this an easy feat. I?m beyond happy with Bruce and Acura of Huntington.
Exceptional Service Team
This was my first time going to Acura of Huntington to service my 2014 Acura MDX and I have to say that I really regret not coming here sooner, even if this dealership is further away from other Acura dealerships near where I live. Charles and Tom have both gone above and beyond what I would normally expect from a service team to ensure that I was happy not only with the work done on the vehicle, but throughout the entire process (from bringing in my car, talking about the car, accommodating my scheduling needs, the quality of the work done, even billing, and more!). I would definitely recommend this dealership to service your Acura as I am definitely making this my default go to Acura dealership for future maintenance / repairs.

First time I left a dealership for repairs and did not feel ripped off. Anthony worked diligently to address the problem in the most cost effective manner. Overall, an excelllent experience.
Best service ever!
The service is so great that I purchased 2 vehicles within less than a month from this dealership. I put these guys through xxxx and not once did they show any disrespect. The sales Manager Robb was great and was determined to work with us. However, I can't say enough about our Sales Agent Nate Paulino, he even communicated with me on his days off. He showed true professionalism and extensive knowledge of the vehicles. I'm in the retail business and have been in management for over 25 yrs and I wish I had someone like Nate working for me! Great work Nate, I'll make sure I continue to come back to you. Acura of Huntington is an amazing dealership, they are so friendly and helpful. However, they are so much better with Robb and specially Nate on staff!
Excellent Service, never felt pressured

Drove all the way to the dealership from NJ after finding a car I really thought was a great deal online. Confirmed the car was still available, and was upfront with my purchasing circumstances (needed to roll over current financing contract, limited funds, etc). Got there, everyone was super nice and friendly, excellent test drive, and then the salesman sat down to start the sale. He "crunched" some awesome numbers that were well below my financial budget, even with them eating the rest of the finance on my older car, but I guess what I was thinking to myself was too good to be true really was. The sales guy said that he was "95%" sure we have this deal in the bag, took my down payment, and had me fill out my paperwork and even told me to "smile" because I was getting my new car, but the finance department couldn't follow through on their quick-on-the-trigger salesman's promises. The woman in the finance department said that I couldn't get any bank to cover a loan for me unless i paid at least $2000 more in a down-payment, money that was upfront in saying at the start of the whole process that I didn't have. I was very disappointed that I was told by everyone in that dealership "congrats on your new car," when I ended up having them refund my deposit and now I'm sitting in rush hour traffic to get back to Jersey because they couldn't deliver. They really need to rethink their sales tactics instead of promising things they are not sure that they could follow through on.
