If I could give lower than one star I would. I'm a disabled individual living in Mount airy North Carolina that called on spoke to a Sandra over their internet as a representative. I explicitly explained the amount of money that I would be willing to pay for a certain vehicle was told no problem to come down and they would be working with me and that I would be able to put money down and pick up the car on Friday. After 2-hour drive I get to the store to not get to ever speak to the lady I spoke to and be told that the price is over 1,700 more than I was discussed. The website price and also went up from the original price and instead of working with me they made excuses and offer to give me gas money well it's just incompetent and I will never do business with people like this that lie this much

Customer first experience. Fast friendly and knowledgeable. Trustworthy, transparent, authentic. The sales process and actually the entire process from beginning to delivery was outstanding. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

Mediocre Svc

Oil change/tire rotation takes MINIMUM 90 minutes. My issues with the car are not taken seriously. No one even drives the car with me to hear what I?m describing. I just get the ?we can?t duplicate the problem? response. When cabin air filter was changed they just left off bolts instead of putting everything back together. There?s grease on my headliner every time I leave there. Wondering how that would go over at a luxury car dealership. So disappointed with this facility.

Very different experience from past trips to a car dealership. No games and no pressure sales. Just up front useful and honest information. Made it easy to make my decision to business with them. Will definitely be back for future purchase. Thanks for all your help.
