We took our 2015 Ford Explorer in for the first oil change and our vehicle was taken in right away and we didn't have a long wait at all. Everyone was in the maintenance area was very nice and attentive. We were made to feel welcome. It was a place where you don't mind going...it wasn't a chore!

Purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. Had initial contact over internet & phone. Staff (Dave Smith) was very helpful & prompt with replies to questions. When went to dealership had vehicle waiting to be viewed for test drive. Felt no pressure during the buying process. Delivered vehicle to my house, approx 30 miles, with no hesitation. Encountered minor problem & coming to get vehicle to correct. So I feel they are interested in following up after the sale and not just getting the sale.

We searched the Internet for an F-150 and found Cloninger within a reasonable distance. They had not only the best offer, but also an outstanding service. Prompt communication and all questions were answered. They delivered the truck, did all the paperwork and were a pleasant change from all other Ford dealers we have dealt with.If we ever need another Ford, we will definitely look Cloninger in Hickory NC up first. Highly recommended.
